Ménage à l’arriver inexistant

Depuis plus de dix ans nous louons à saint Gervais par l’intermédiaire de votre agence un chalet situé chemin André chapelle chalet Meridiaux et cette année au Martagon. Le seul très gros problème que nous rencontrons depuis le début c’est la saleté de ces locations le ménage n’est jamais fait les couverts et vaisselles sales etc….pizza laissée dans le micro onde pourtant le ménage est à nos frais!!! Deuxième point il est en effet déplorable de venir chercher les draps et serviettes à l’agence

Appartement familial en centre-ville

Nous avons occupé l'appartement pendant une semaine de ski en famille à 6. La cuisine est un peu petite pour cuisiner pour 6 personnes. Certains lits sont confortables, d'autres moins. Le ménage a été un peu bâclé à l'étage et dans l'une des salles de bains à notre arrivée. Nous avons apprécié la situation centrale de l'appartement, même s'il est un peu éloigné des remontées à pied.

L'appartement est bien agencé est pratique pour 2 familles avec 2 espaces distincts et 2 SdB Bémol pour la cuisine sous-dimensionée. L'évier est très petit et pas de four. Le nettoyage n'est pas parfait. Nous avons aspiré à notre arrivée.

Pour les jeunes enfants necessite de mettre une barrière de protection dans l escalier. Serait souhaitable de préparer les chambres avant l arrivée des clients.

Worn, tired apartment in need of a renovation

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights in August 2018. It is a quirky apartment and has its pro's and con's. Pro's: quiet neighborhood away from the main street 2 large balconies with views available within a 2-day notice walking distance to small town of St Gervais. Con's: Furniture (2 armchairs and one sleeper sofa) dirty and worn Beds very uncomfortable and squeaky No sheets, pillowcases or duvet covers, had to pay extra to borrow towels Instructions for internet passcode were hard to find There were several things that were broken (shower door and some lamps) There were no smoke detectors or fire extinguishers The room upstairs (attic) has such sloping ceilings that an adult cannot stand up straight in the space. The kitchen is so small and actually is enclosed in a half wall and a door: more like a closet. The toilet is in the water heater closet. Like I said, quirky. The place would be wonderful if renovated and the space was reconfigured, new furniture and everything...The price we paid reflects a 4-star place but in fact, it is more like a 2.5 star place. I would not rent this place again.

Très bon appart pour 8, très bien placé

Appartement confortable et bien conçu. Idéalement placé entre centre du village (2min à pied) et départ télécabine (moins de 10min à pied). 2 SdE/SdB et 2 WC, très pratique quand on est 8... Chambres séparées. Seul bémol, le ménage pour un forfait de 150€ était largement perfectible ! A revoir...
