I'm a New York native living in Los Angeles. Santa Fe is one of my favorite cities. I love being a VRBO host and take pride in my casita. I want guests to feel at home and treat it like their home away from home whether staying for 2 nights or 2 weeks. Why they chose this property
I love that this is an historic neighborhood and it could not be more centrally located. It is quiet and charming and within walking distance of the Plaza (Lensic Performing Arts Center, Galleries, Museums, Restaurants, Shopping), the Railyard District (Galleries, Shopping, Violet Crown Movie Theatre, Farmer's Market, Artisan's Market, and more). Canyon Road is just a slightly longer walk for those who are up to it.
What makes this property unique
The private walled courtyard with string lighting and a painted mural of colorful flowers on the walls is a lovely place to have coffee in the morning or a meal in the afternoon or evening. The casita is nicely furnished and well maintained, demonstrating true pride of ownership.
