Two studios converted to one XXL unit with two private sleeping areas. Extensive full Remodel - 2 full bathrooms with stall showers, (no tubs); tile throughout. 2 twin wall beds in the living room are an alternative to a sofa bed and have box springs under the mattress for added comfort. Enjoy the sunset on the wrap around lanai on the new patio furniture. This second floor condo has stairs to its entrance, no elevators, no ramp. Bring your laptop and enjoy free wireless internet access from anywhere in the condo.

Great location and layout, unit needs attention

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo four times. We appreciate having two separate spaces with twin beds for our family of four. The large lanai with comfortable furniture is a draw for us as well.The unit could use a good cleaning and some updating. The area behind the Murphy bed is quite dirty. The silverware drawer was full of crumbs. The floor was sticky and had a damaged tile with sharp edges in the through way. The decor is very dated, and the kitchen cupboards are jam-packed with old, miscellaneous items. The last two times we’ve rented this condo, we were locked out the day before checkout. Communication between the front desk and Chase’NRainbows is lacking. It was frustrating to deal with that twice! We had a second condo reserved through Chase’NRainbows the following week. We requested a late checkout because no guests were arriving that day. We were charged an additional $50 for those hours even though we were moving to another CR condo. No acknowledgement, apologies or compensation was offered for the hassle of being locked out the day before. We’ve rented several condos through Chase’NRainbows. Unfortunately, service has waned since they were bought out by Castle Resorts. We’ll look elsewhere in the future.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love this unit and while it could use an update my review focuses on the poor service of the new management company. Two days to fix a broken toilet and our dishwasher never worked despite UNANSWERED text and emails, not even a response. Unit was not properly cleaned and not enough towels. Great property but the new management is terrible.

MKV Family Holiday

This unit was perfect for our family of four with teenagers! Plenty of room and enjoyed our evenings on the Lanai. The property was exactly like the photos but unfortunately the floors were quite dirty. Contacted the manager but had no reply. We cleaned the floors and were good to go for the next 10 days. Other than that this unit is awesome and we would stay here again!!

Best beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room is in a great location, ocean view from the lanai and pool view. Rooms were clean. Great setup for multiple families. Big kitchen, adequately stocked. They have a griddle for pancakes. Two refrigerators but only one worked. Lights around the king Murphy bed are broken. The beds could use a topper because they are not particularly comfortable. But these were not Big issues for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this room again.

Amazing Respite

Large condo

It’s a big beautiful space however no drawers to put your clothing into. We had to live out of our suit cases. The queen is a Murphy bed with an uncomfortable mattress. With a few upgrades this condo could be fabulous.

Great place for a family, but check ammenities first

Place was clean and great layout for a family. Close to the pool, beach, and nice restaurant on properly. It shows two fridges. One was already broken and the other one was in the process of dying. It died the second day in. No one warned us. Had to put food in another condo and eventually was moved to a second place. The second place was an upgrade, but someone had to sleep on the couch. Property management company was easy to get a hold of and work with. I wish someone would have warned us that even though there was two fridges one not operational. We had a lot of food and drinks. I would stay at Maui Kaanapalli Villas again.

Our Happy Place

We have stayed at the Kaanapali Villas a number of times it is our favourite place. We love the pool and the vacinity to the beach, had a great meal at the restaurant and cocktails by the pool, awesome!! Was worried about the pull down beds but we slept fine.

Great place

This place was great, spacious, clean, cool A/C, fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful view from the lanai, steps to the pool and direct access to an incredible beach. Parking right outside the unit. Note there is a $20/day fee you have to pay to the resort which is not included in the VRBO price. Also, no laundry in the unit, but there is on-site coin laundry. Overall this place worked out perfect for us and we would stay here again.

Anniversary Delight

Celebrated our 46 year anniversary with friends. We rented this condo 10 years ago when our daughter got married and we used this condo as our home base. She got married on the beach next to the Castaway. Spent almost every morning and evening on the lanai. We also had 2 other couples that stayed in another condo so lots of memories shared. This was our 3rd visit to the villas and as usual very relaxing. Just can't find anything to complain about at this time!!!! Thank you, Ron & Debi your Oregon friends

One of the assets is being able to rent a condo near the big pool , a quick walk to the ocean, Castaways Cafe and the Beach Walk that runs thru this property and its location in Kaanapali

Great location. Close to all the action, but just outside of it, so it is nice and quiet.

Loked everything about the unit other than the beds. They are all wall beds, and the mattresses are not super comfortable. Other than that, the place was great.

The feeling of home...IN HAWAI'I

Well appointed to create a great level of comfort. Perfectly located on a Maui property that has a very laid back Maui groove. We enjoyed wonderful access to the beach, food, shade and the bartenders at Castaway were so friendly. If you're choosing to stay in the Ka'anapali area this is a choice condo. Mahalo!
