I have never stayed in a place that was so personalized to my husband and family. From the Scrabble game welcome to the little note in our fridge. This home was perfect with all the comforts of home and such personable communication from our host.
We loved our stay. The home was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Brie was very sweet and communicative and even checked in on us by message. The home itself is beautiful and unique. The master is like its own little wing of the house away from the kids rooms which was nice. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do. We did all the touristy things and I think the most we drove away from the house was 20-25 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this home!
This home was perfect for our family stay! Very cute, cozy, and clean place. There were many cute touches all around the place, perfect for our fur babies, and definitely enjoyed the wood fireplace! Great stay, thank you Brie!
We were in town for a family members 80th birthday and looking for a place near them. The home was exactly as described, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Brie was awesome to work with, she was very helpful and responsive. When we come back to visit we will definitely be looking for this property!
My family and I really enjoyed this property. We chose this listing because of its great location to Creekside Event Center where we attended a wedding. The beds were very comfortable, the house was beautiful inside, and we all had enough space to spread out.
The property was clean, dog friendly, hostess very helpful, very comfortable and roomy . Highly recommend this vrbo for anyone needing to stay in Colorado Springs.
Two adults and 4 kids with plenty of room and comfortable in the home. We were in the area for a wedding and vacation. Our hostess, Brie, was highly communicative throughout, beginning prior to our arrival, taking extra time to curate a wonderful list of activities and eating establishments we might like based on the age-ranges in our party. She was very responsive if we had questions, though we had little, as she anticipated needs and addressed them proactively. The home was lovely, with a lot of character, and Brie took the time to add special touches that made us feel as though we were welcome guests she looked forward to hosting, rather than nameless patrons of a commercial operation. All around, highly recommend the stay at Mountain Topaz Getaway when visiting Colorado Springs.
Loved our stay here! Clean, comfortable, trendy…felt like home. Loved all the details from the welcome note on the scrabble board to the cleaning instructions on the knife block! Brie thought of all the little things to make our stay easy and pleasant. All the rooms were spacious yet cozy at the same time. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. The owner is quick to respond. She's kind, friendly, and thought of everything to make this the best vacation we have ever had. I can't thank her enough.
My wife and I were looking for the perfect location close to all of the fall colors in the mountains. We also wanted a home that would provide the R&R we needed during our great fall getaway. This house was definitely the perfect location for both! The home is central to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and easy access to the mountain towns of Cripple Creek and Victor. The home has a beautiful master suite with a large master bath. It also has a great backyard area with a big fire pit and lots of seating.
Bre is an excellent host. She responded to all of our questions and needs quickly and even provided us with great restaurant and recommended drives to view beautiful fall colors. The welcome note and snacks were a nice touch. Thank you Bre for allowing us to stay in your home for our much needed fall getaway! We will definitely be back!
This place was amazing. You can tell the host has put a lot of thought and love into planning every detail. From the kitchen to the bathroom, norhing was left out. Convenient location, quiet neighborhood. If I could give it more stars I would.
We definitely want to come back. It’s so homey and you feel comfortable as soon as you walk into the house. It’s so clean and beautiful. It exceeded our expectations and made our first trip to Colorado Springs that much more amazing.
The inside of this property was wonderful. The neighborhood was more "city" that I am used to, but worked out well for our overnight stay. Brie was a wonderful host with special touches that made our family smile upon arrival. She even left us a couple snacks which was nice after a long travel day.
We stayed a Sunday-Tuesday AM. Location fine, not where we normally stay while COS. Because of that, I was on high alert. Locks on back door didn't match up exactly, had to work hard to align. Front door locked great. Listing mentions air conditioning- not central. We stayed during summer when highs were in the 90s. Upon arrival none of the window ac units nor portable ac units were turned on,so we spent hours being hot. Between overnight lows and every ac unit on full blast we were comfortable by the next morning. Master is cute. Plenty of beds. Kitchen well equipped. If the AC had been turned on prior to arrival, experience would have been much better.
We had a wonderful stay here and Brie left some really nice personalized touches for our arrival. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

This was the best place we've stayed at so far. The house was clean and tidy, and the host was incredibly nice, welcoming us with small gifts. It was clear that a lot of thought went into the design of the space. For instance, having power strips in the bedrooms was a great touch for travelers. The kitchen was well-equipped with seasonings and everything needed for cooking, and there was even a book recommending the best places to eat in the city. I don’t know if it is a downside but one possible inconvenience is that the shower room in the biggest room didn't have a door. (lol) While this is fine for family trips, it might be a bit inconvenient for other groups due to the lack of privacy.
Cute home. Great updates. Amazing primary shower. Had a couple issues with code to enter and electrical breaker. All easy to rectify. Host was very accommodating for some timing issues we had. Thanks for an overall great stay, Bri!
