Big, clean and comfy!

We went with our whole family of seniors, adults, teens, children, infants and everyone had a blast. I booked this home mainly because of the pool and since it was in January- I knew we werent going to walk to the community pool to swim. The pool waterfall and in-color lights weren't working(maintenance came to try to fix it but was unsuccessful), which was a bummer but the kids still had fun in the heated pool and hot tub. The home was clean and communication was good. Easy Check & out instructions. Plenty of towels, cookware, dishware, toilet paper, and trash bags to accommodate big groups. We will definitely book again.

Great place to stay in St. George

Wonderful property with great amenities, close to the best that St. George has to offer. Multiple king rooms with baths make it perfect for a large group. Hosts are responsive and available after hours with dedicated phone support. I highly recommend this property and plan to return!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. My husband has back issues so the beds were a little tricky. He's very particular. The fountain to the pool didn't work and the pool water was pretty warm. Aside from that, it was a great place to stay!

Great place to take your family.

There was plenty of room for our family of 14. The rooms were beautiful and nicely decorated. A couple of things that could be improved. One of the guitars for the Wii didn't work and the water pressure for the showers was terrible. What's the point of a huge shower if only one person can use it. Overall it was a great vacation home and we definitely would go back to this house. The Wii not working wasn't a big deal, but the water pressure issue could definitely would be a huge improvement. I get trying to slow the flow on the water, but for the amount you pay you should be able to take a shower with your wife. :)

Great stay in St George!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family of 20! The best things: the kids LOVED the pool (grateful for the pool cover when the pool wasn’t being used—gave us peace of mind with the toddlers), ping pong table in garage. Not as great: the place hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived, had to call property management who were very quick to get cleaners there, but we had to wait for 2 hours to have it cleaned (it was super clean though when we came back to the house and they quickly refunded part of the cleaning fee); wish it had more space to store food—one cupboard was locked and couldn’t use); didn’t receive door code to get in until I called them 2 hours before check in; the listing says there are 4 King beds, but one of them is a Queen. We were still very happy with our stay and would stay at this house again. Had a great time!

Perfect Spot for Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this location. The pool and hot tub were the top “favorite” and the house was gorgeous and well equipped. The location and back drop of red rock was wonderful to see each morning and night as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Great home , clean and good location ,

Over all it was a great time with family in a wonderful home. Just a few suggestions. One more soap , and trash bags. Also propane tank was empty and had to run out on the first night so we were able to grill. , they did replace it the next morning, so good in that. But I’m out 30$ and inconvenient. Other than that we had a wonderful time thanks for sharing your property with us.

Absolutely amazing! Would go again for sure.

Wonderful house and the pool was fabulous. They were not very clear on how to turn the heat on for the hot tub (the white box is inside the house). We spent a long time trying to figure that out looking at every white box we could find near the pool. Maybe this will save you the headache we experienced. But, we would definitely book again. We all loved it!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While these things didn’t ruin our trip.. there are a few things we felt should get brought to your attention. There was dust(a lot of dust) on the baseboard and different surfaces. The backs of the televisions were covered in dust also. There is a hole in the ceiling of the living room that leaks water when the upstairs bathroom is used( must be a leaky drain) this was alarming. There was a pair of woman’s underwear hanging behind one of the televisions upstairs. A lot of the dishes were dirty in the cabinets.. must not have been washed. The arcade game had a broken plug in. The bunk bed ladders were broken. Like I said we had a good trip but felt like the premium price we paid warranted a premium rental and it wasn’t that way. We would definitely recommend to a friend was cleaner and a few of the issues fixed.Thanks! Hope this is helpful.

Reviewer Comments: Had a great trip, but a few items needed help.. pool toys were in poor condition, the description of having 4 Kings was not accurate ( one of the reasons we booked this property was for the 4 kings), old gum in the carpet, the master shower floor was not clean, and propane tank was empty with no spare. We ended up filling it ourselves for 1 night of grilling. The upstairs couch was very dirty, and looked very used. The pool was great, just note the waterfall does not work during winter months.

Beautiful spacious home

Loved the location and private pool/hot tub! Plenty of space for all 12 in our party. Living room is smaller than it appears In the photos and the kitchen was dubbed a two person kitchen by our crew. The dining area was plenty large and the outdoor space with fire pit was a favorite of everyone! Refrigerator was too small for a group of 12 for one week, but we had a cooler we kept outside for drinks and it worked out. Overall a great space, very clean and met our needs very well!
