Room wasn't ready by 4, but keep in mind it was Labor Day weekend. The room went above expectations and staff was friendly and accommodating, as always!

You won’t be disappointed. Was much more than we expected. The rooms were amazing, had everything you would need. Great place for kids and adults. The water park was a real hit with everyone.

Super fun hotel

This was a very spacious room...it accommodated our large group well (3 adults and 3 kids). The water park was great! They seemed to keep having trouble keeping the large slide working, we never got to ride it. Room was very clean. Staff was great!

Clean, spacious, well equipped

The unit was perfect for our weekend stay. It was well decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. This is not the owners fault but wish they would revise the check-in process. Waited in line to get one room key. Then they send you to wait in another line to get wristband keys, where they try to sell you a timeshare. Aside from that we had a great stay!

Overall great

My only issue was them texting and calling constantly that we were leaving. Every time I would think it was taken care of, they would call again and we would have to go to the desk to get our bands re-keyed. Otherwise, it was a great trip.

The property itself offers lots of amentities the rooms were well equipped and accommodating. The check In process was smooth My biggest complaint was the cleansliness There was food down the side of the living room chairs Dust caked up on top of tub I requested a pack and play prior to check In, then had to call two more times when we got to our room, the pack and play they brought me was filthy, I opted not to use it because it was so bad and had my 1 year old sleep in bed with me which wasn't ideal. This is no fault of the owner I think with Covid etc... Stimulus the resort is short staffed and it shows. Wyndham in general holds higher standards, this property unfortunately has been neglected.

Excellent resort, fire alarms need work

Overall we had a great time. The place is amazing and there is enough to do on site that you would never have to leave. The pool was awesome, the food amazing and everyone was super friendly. My only issue was we had two false fire alarms in the three days we were there. One at 9:30pm and one at 8:30am. So we had to wake up our children and go outside just in time to be told to go back in. Then we had to leave our breakfast and stand outside just long enough to to turn around and go back in. I understand legit alarms but two false alarms in three days was nuts!

Ended up getting a Split reservation meaning they asked us to pack up and move few days later. After arguing they left us in the same room but man what a headache. We did end up in somewhere nicer and bigger though !
