Downtown on the Little Pigeon River!

Located just off of River Road next to the sky lift that goes to the skybridge, this unit is a quick walk to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. River's Edge Condos are a great place to call home during your Gatlinburg vacation. River's Edge Condos are nearly new and offer a fully stocked kitchen, a nicely furnished living area complete with a seasonal gas fireplace and cable/smart TV. The Bedroom offers a king size bed and a flat screen TV. Full size sofa sleeper. Enjoy the relaxing view and sounds of the Little Pigeon River from your semiprivate balcony or while sitting in front of the gas fireplace. This condo also has a washer/dryer combo for your use. There is an elevator for use on the property as well as a ramp. There is parking for one vehicle per unit. Please message with any questions you have. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments. PLEASE NOTE *PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED* Subject to fine and guest must vacate immediately. Emails received after 4pm will be responded to next business day.

Great Location to walk to restaurants and shopping

balcony overlooks downtown mountain stream. No better place to sit in the morning and watch people go up the chairlift.

A Great Hidden Place In Gatlinburg

This is a great location and place to stay. Very price competitive with the local hotels but like staying at home and hotels cannot offer that! There were no issues and the property is well maintained, clean, and well furnished. The extra blankets and towels were a plus and we had a washer and dryer. A great location and you can be at your favorite restaurant or shop with a short walk, or you can cook in. It is short and quick drive to the Gatlinburg by-pass to get way from traffic or to get to the Smokey's entrance. Parking was great and easy accessible.

The cabin itself was nice. There was a little confusion when it came to the washer and dryer downstairs. The only real complaint I have is the hot tub was unusable because it was so dirty.

Nice unit and close to town

It was well maintained , clean and good location. Enjoyed outside sitting area in morning .It was as per pictures and we would go back if in area again. Things that could make stay even better: -directions on location and signage on unit or near unit would have helped. We passed it twice and then had to call to find out how to get to location. -A night light in the bathroom so other lights did not have to be on all night to see in middle of night. - Dishwasher did not work but it may have been user error. Did not impact us and we did communicate to mgt.

Amazing

Very comfortable and clean condo. Walk to all the attractions within Gatlinburg or walk to the trolley stop just around the corner. Park your car and forget about it.

Perfect location

The location of this property was amazing. We were able to walk to everything, which was a huge plus not to have to deal with parking. It feels like its tucked away while still being very close to all the attractions. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the river while I drank my coffee, really peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Location!

The location of this property is very hard to find! Even when we asked nearby hotel workers they were not quite sure where the condo was located. The condo is tucked behind trees in between two parking lots for employees of other nearby businesses. The haunted house next door had loud music from noon until 10:00pm. The condo itself is nice and well kept. If you can overlook the location and loud music, it is in walking distance to the downtown area.

Fantastic stay

Property was very clean and accurate to the description of property. Pretty much in the middle of Gatlinburg which makes it easy to get to either end. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

Walk to Everything

This property is in a great location. Close enough to walk to all the activities but in a quiet area when it was time to sleep. Very clean and looked like it had been recently been redone. Bed was comfy and there was a balcony overlooking the stream. Would stay here again.

This place was one of our favorite stays and we’ve stayed at several in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. This will definitely be where we stay when we come back to visit. I don’t think pics done it justice.

Beautiful

We really enjoyed the location of the condo. Walking distance to everything, easily done. We also liked the view of the river from our balcony, so beautiful. The condo itself was well maintained, fully stocked with everything we needed. The fireplace was a bonus, as it got rather cold while we were there. One suggestion, logging onto the internet & watching the tv was a small challenge, there is no instructions on finding out how to get to the main tv provider. Spectrum is not listed in the guide book, logging on to the internet is, but finding the link to the tv provider isn’t. I would suggest maybe adding that additional information to the guide book on the coffee table. It’s not a complaint, just a suggestion. We finally did figure it out, just took some time to get there. Definitely would stay there again, again Beautiful place.
