Great place The Grand has lots to do for everyone’s hobbies and four nice golf courses House was great with nice backyard. Good area, walking paths close.

Just a fantastic month and would do it again in a heartbeat! The property is exactly as described and seen in the photos. Property owner was great to communicate with. The location is within distance of the community centers in the Grand and for all major commerce. Super!

Wonderful Property
This home was perfect for our month stay. We were looking for areas we may want to buy a home. Lisa the property manager was so great, answering any questions we had. The property was clean comfortable and close to restaurants and stores. The club house, pools and golf courses were close and convienent. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home.
Comfortable property with lovely outddor patio and grill. We worked remotely so ate in and occasionally went for bike ride or to play golf. Two bikes were available in garage. All cleaning supplies were available. And owner provided a very nice welcome basket and assortment of quick food options. There is an extra HOA application/form and monthly fee if you want to use the community pool and amenities. We opted not to use these. Found golf courses off site. The owner will provide specifics if interested. Sun City is near an airforce base - so you do hear these occasionally.

Sun City Grand has a lot to offer. Golfing, Swimming, biking (3 bikes in the garage with trails close by). Restaurants & shopping. The freeways are beautiful and fun to drive to the Grand canyon, coast, Las Vegas etc.
