Top Quality Villa - Just steps to the ocean

This ground floor, two-bedroom, two-bath condo features tile floors throughout, an open kitchen with granite countertops, and well stocked for those who love to eat in.. For your convenience our condo provides a washer and dryer. The living room has a flat screen TV, and access to the inviting patio via sliding glass doors where you can see a view to the ocean. The oversized living room chair provides 1 additional sleeping space. The master bedroom has its own patio access, a king bed, and a private bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, a twin bed, and TV. The guest bath offers a tub/shower combination. Free WiFi is available for our guests.

Along with a wide beautiful sandy beach, Island Club offers an outstanding vacation environment. Not only is it an oceanfront resort, it also offers a large pool with waterfall, a children's pool with a mushroom waterfall, and also a tanning pool with lounge chairs in the pool and separate hot tub. Charcoal grills are located on the property. We provide our guests with free tennis courts (reservations required), a pro shop, children's playground, and outdoor basketball and racquetball courts. Also, Internet access is available. Children's programs are also available from June through September for ages 5-12. For an optional fee, guests can have access to the fitness center..

Access the beach or the complex’s other amenities via manicured walkways and lush vegetation. Located mid-island in the Folly Field area, the shops and restaurants on Hilton Head are a short drive away. When booking, ask about our bike rental discounts. Maximum (2) Car Passes. We suggest you purchase trip insurance.

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed this property so much I'd give it more stars if I could! Ease of access to the beach cannot be overstated, it was right out the back door. Property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. Communication with manager was simple and accurate in all items. For families, the property felt safe and secluded. My younger child greatly enjoyed the pool when the ocean waves were too exhausting. We were treated to a magnificent sunrise one morning with a rainbow right above the property too. Excited to return!

Great time!

I’ve been visiting the Island Club in Hilton Head for 40 years and it never disappoints. I’ve stayed at this condo before and the property manager is easy to deal with and responsive to my needs. The condo is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Proximity to the beach is great! The Island Club does an excellent job of maintaining the grounds.

Great location on the island. Easy beach access especially with a two year old. Great on site playground and pool area. Very nice park almost next door...only a short walk. Only suggestions our party had was could use better mattresses and fix the squeaks in the king bed.

Perfect family rental

I don’t feel pictures or the vrbo description do this rental justice. The location is just off the northernmost beach access at Island Club with a ramp and carpet across the soft sand. It was so convenient that we did not pack snacks or drinks to the beach, even with four kids. We used the patio for lunch then headed back to the water. The unit had beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, a skim board, and a tent. We could’ve left everything but our cart at home had we known. Island Club property is also great for families with nice pools, a playground, and minimal traffic. The next beach access to the north is the Islanders Beach Park which also has a great playground. This area is much less busy than the more southern part of Hilton Head, but is convenient to family attractions like Adventure Cove and dolphin sightseeing tours on Broad Creek. The rock jetty is a little over one mile north of the property and was a great place to find shells and hermit crabs. Owners were prompt, courteous, and accurate with communication. I cannot recommend this property enough. I hope it remains exactly as is. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect location and beautifully updated condo in older complex on Folly Beach. Excellent communication with management representative. Pool complex is a little dated but certainly provides all the options.

Perfect!

Condo was very nice. Three of the four adults were late 60's and early 70's so first floor one floor layout was perfect. Also easy walk to the beach and pool was very convenient. Quiet, well cared for community. Enjoyed a two week stay and plan on returning for at least a month.

Island Club

This was our second time in as many years to stay at Island Club. We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean and decorated nice. Had all the amenities and even had a closet full of beach toys! Unit is well within walking distance to all that Island Club has to offer. Deb was very open in communication, providing check-in info well in advance and even on day of check in. Thanks for a great week!

Amazing spot!

We had an incredible week! Villa was clean and comfortable, location was perfect- walk to beach and pool were easy with two little ones. Communication with property manager was great. Quick responses and she even checked in with us during the week to make sure all was well. Would absolutely recommend this place and will stay again in the future!

Fantastic Location!

We had a wonderful week in this condo. Clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. It is the perfect short walking distance from the beach, pool, and playground. We walked the beach every morning, and even saw dolphins one day. These owners were great to work with, and would happily book with them again.

Overall impression of the property was well maintained. Loved the location, good proximity to golf, pickleball, & beach access. Our first visit to Hilton Head and we were very impressed.

Perfect Island Club location!

The condo was very clean and well furnished. We love Island Club but especially loved being so close to the beach this time. The condo had everything we needed and more. We will be booking again!
