Large garage with covered parking. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 hide a bed, full kitchen, fireplace and an elevator (max capacity of 6). The Garage Majhal also has a full size washer and dryer. Air frying convection oven and charcoal grill & smoker. Full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a blender. 70" Samsung smart TV with surround sound stereo with Showtime, Starz and HBO Max via Hulu and Netflix also. Master bedroom has a TV as well. Ironing board, Iron, Hair Dryer, Pantene Shampoo and Conditioner. Curel lotion, Purell hand sanitizer, Olay Ultra Moisture body wash. Centrally Located. Very Walkable 81 and Very Bike able 87 scores from Walk Score. 10 minutes to downtown. About 30 minutes from all of Denver. Berkley Park sub division. The Tennyson Street shops and galleries within walking distance. A few blocks away from locally owned coffee shops, breweries, restaurants and even an ice cream shop. Even the historic Oriental theater is four blocks away. Very Close to I-70 and Sheridan Blvd for easy access to ski resorts. 10 minutes from the Stock Show and walking distance to Lakeside Amusement park. I have 1 dog and if you are up for some canine companionship I am sure my dog Eleanor would be up for it. The patio is fenced in if you are not up for canine companionship.

great location well maintained and clean! fully stocked great air conditioner. Beds are comfortable and beautiful kitchen with all the things! Would highly recommend.
It was outstanding. Having a separate garage was the bomb! The elevator was very much appreciated by two senior citizens! Scott was an excellent host and provided all details to a "T". Highly recommend Scott's VRBO!!!!
This was probably one of the cleanest VRBOs I have ever stayed at. Scott was really accommodating, responsive and organized with the check in process. The location was great, close enough to downtown that you could be there fast but far enough away to get away from the bustle of the city. The unit was very accessible for every age group. We loved our stay! It was spacious and very nice. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
This was one of cleanest VRBO's that I have stayed in so far. The kitchen drawers were very well organized and had everything that we could ask for. Scott was very friendly and responded to me right away. The beds were very comfortable and very soft sheets. He provided extra paper towels, tp hand soap and dishwashing soap which was very much appreciated. The backyard was clean and well maintained.

The apartment is new, cute, and perfect in every way. We had 4 people stay and it was just the right size. Full kitchen was stocked and beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

The place is exactly as advertised. It’s in immaculate condition and is in a neighborhood where you can easily walk to several coffee shops and restaurants. Located within a short drive to the downtown.

The property provided safe and easy access. Scott was super responsive to any questions/issues. The shower was amazing and super convenient to have full size washer/dryer. All appliances were top of line which made cooking a breeze. Definitely would stay again!

Scott was a perfect host. We enjoyed staying at the Garage Mahal…perfectly located for various events we attended during the long weekend. We didn’t do any cooking but the unit has everything you need if you choose not to dine out.

This property is fantastic! It is exceptionally clean and well-stocked with everything you could need. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops in walking distance. My husband and I went to NFL and MLB games while in town and were able to utilize bus transportation to avoid dealing with parking near the stadiums. The property owner is friendly and responsive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to other couples visiting the Denver area!
