About this property

1 queen bedroom, 1 bath, accommodations for 4, view of mountains out the dining room window and only 230 steps to Dobie mountain ski slopes, restaurants, and lodge.
Spend the evening by the crackling fire on a cold winters night, (wood provided mid-March through mid-October) fire starters provided! Make your favorite meals or snacks in our fully equipped kitchen!

Hiking trailhead starts at car parking lot. Aside from winter sports, there is swimming, tennis, golf, bicycling, archery, canoe & kayak trips, and shooting sports abound in the area. Many wineries and breweries too. In the summer months, we have access to the Chestnut Springs and Rodes Farm outdoor pools. We supply all of our guests with a supply of: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap and pods, laundry detergent, and coffee. So pack your bag and prepare for the ultimate relaxation vacation!

Please note: We are not considered "resort members" so you will not have access to The Devils Grill, Devils Knob Golf course, or the Wintergarden Spa. You may be able to book a spa treatment reservation to have access to the pool/hot tub but we HIGHLY recommend checking with the resort directly. Just few minute drive down the mountain you will find restaurants, wineries and breweries open to all.

Walk to ski

Everything was as listed, property was 5 min walk to slopes and 7 min to the on site restaurant.

Great place to stay

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property. We stayed 4 nights and had the best time. It’s very close to the slopes and trails. The only issue we had was consistently getting hot water in the shower. There is a “trick” to it that we didn’t learn until day 3. The futon for my girls (11 and 8) was perfect, but if you have teenagers, you might want to plan on bringing an air mattress.

Great place

The condo has everything you need for your stay. If you have a young child visit while you are there, be aware it has some floor to ceiling mirrors that are very attractive to them. A very nice place to stay.

Cozy Condo Close to Slopes!

My family of 4 (2 Adults and 2 teenagers) enjoyed our stay in this quaint condo in Wintergreen. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped and we ate all meals at home with no problem. Plenty of room even though just a one bedroom. The best part is the proximity to the slopes and the Wintergreen Lodge. Would stay here again and would recommend to friends!

Weekend Getaway

This property was clean and had everything we needed. Location was as advertised. It was an easy walk to the slopes. Lots of storage inside for skis and gear plus boot dryer. Would stay here again.

Great condo, very close to Mountain Inn and slopes

We had a great stay here! There was a small hiccup initially with a dead battery in the lock to the front door but the owner and property manager were quick to respond and fix the issue. The condo was well stocked with anything you might need while staying and the proximity to the Mountain Inn and ski slopes was great! You could park right in front of the unit and walk to both. We love Wintergreen and the surrounding area and hope to be back soon!
