In the hamlet Kušći 6 km from the centre of Umag, outside the resort, in a quiet position, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: washing machine. Motor access to the house (250 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, pebble beach 1.5 km, rocky beach 1.5 km.

Tolles Haus
Sehr schönes Haus mit großen Garten, komplett eingezäunt. Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen (sehr ruhig) mit sehr schönen Pool. Zu erreichen ist das Haus über die Ortschaft "Kanal" ca.150m dem Hinweisschild "Kanal" folgen, dann den Ersten Schotterweg links einbiegen. Am Ende des Schotterweges befindet sich das Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fast Perfekt
Ruhig gelegenes Haus aber dennoch Zentral, zum Meer 1,5 km, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Kaufland, Lidl, Spar) ca. 3 km. Toller Pool und Grill. Einziges Manko es gibt im OG zwar 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer aber das Bad ist nur über das eine Schlafzimmer erreichbar.

Entspannung pur zwischen Olivenbäumen und Vogelgezwitscher. Äußerst ruhige Lage... kein Autolärm und auch so gut wie keine Nachbarn. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Auch für Hunde ideal, da alles komplett eingezäunt ist.

Haus ein bisschen klein für fünf Personen,Vermieter super nett, Service von H. und interhome schlecht keine Beschreibung ,wo das Haus liegt.Es lag 6 km von umag aber in welche Richtung?Die Koordinaten haben nicht gestimmt der Vermieter hat uns irgendwo abgeholt. Da überlegen wir uns ob wir noch mal über die zwei buchen zumal ich bei beiden nachgefragt habe nach einer Beschreibung es gibt keine mehr das Haus ist abgelegen durch ein Waldstück das kann niemand alleine finden. Alles Bestens
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist in wenigen Minuten alles was man braucht erreichbar. In zwei Minuten ist ein kleines Geschäft, in 3 Minuten der Strand und Restaurants erreichbar. In 5-10 Minuten erreicht man Umag, eine sehr nette Stadt. Das Haus ist sauber, alles funktioniert. Es gibt mehrere Außenplätze die für unterschiedliche Zeiten optimale Bedingungen bieten. Der Vermieter Marinko ist überaus nett und hilfsbereit! Wir kommen wieder!

Ein Traum
Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit absoluter Privatsphäre. Perfekt für Gäste mit Hund (komplett umzäunt). Wunderschön gestalteter Garten, sauberer Pool und toller Grillplatz. Eine sonnenverwöhnte ruhige Lage und dennoch sehr nah zu Umag. Der Gastgeber XXX war wie ein guter Freund der Familie. Wir kommen sicher wieder an diesen schönen Ort.

Schöner ruhiger Urlaub
Schönes kleines Haus zweckmäßig eingerichtet,schöner gepflegter Pool. Das Haus wurde im Mai 2018 mit einer sehr schönen überdachten Terasse erweitert. Für Leute die auf Natur Pur und Ruhe stehen sind hier bestens aufgehoben. Tipp:Anti Mückenspray nicht vergessen. Sehr netter und Hilfsbereiter Vermieter.
