Enjoy our two-story condo as your base for a relaxing vacation. You will be in a mid-block oasis, at the end of the building with lots of light. We are just a 1 minute stroll to the beach and a 15 minute walk to MacMillian Pier. Exit through the back via a charming path to Commercial St.
The second floor deck is private and all yours, while the larger deck is a common area with tables and a grill that you are welcome to use as well.
Situated in the East End across from the Provincetown Theater, you’ll be in the heart of the gallery district. Closest places for food are East End Market, Fanizzi’s, Angel Foods, Ciro & Sals, and the Mews.
New mini-split AC system on each floor.
15 minute walk to center of town.
Bike racks on site and bike pump available in unit.
Parking Notes: Home has on-site parking on first-come, first served basis (7 spaces for 10 units), in addition to free on-street public parking on Bradford St. and Commercial St.
Transit: Cape Cod Transit Authority provides bus service throughout the cape, as well as a seasonal shuttle that will take you to all the major points within Provincetown and Truro.

My husband Austin and I live nearby in Salem and enjoy making our ptown place available to others when we're not there. When in town, we love to go hiking, biking, and enjoy oyster hour at Mac's Fish house.
What makes this property unique
Mid-block pathway to Commercial Street and the beach. We are just a 15 minute walk from the center of town, with lots of art galleries to see along the way, and plenty of great food close by.
