Urlaub mit Abstrichen
Leider war die Unterkunft sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine, nur 5 Teller, Tassen und Gläser. Wie soll man da die Spülmaschine voll bekommen, bei 5 Personen? Von wegen es ist Toilettenwäsche vorhanden. Eine ganze Rolle Toilettenpapier und lediglich nur 5 Duschtücher, keine normalen Handtücher für 5 Personen und 10 Tage ist einfach sehr wenig. Wir haben leider auch keine frische Wäsche nach einer Woche bekommen, was normal üblich ist. Der Fernseher hatte auch keine deutschen Sender. Der Bäcker der laut Beschreibung gleich paar Straßen weiter ist, hatte leider geschlossen. Somit mussten wir jeden Tag mit dem Auto zu einem anderen Bäcker fahren. Das war leider sehr ärgerlich.

Sehr enttäuschend!
Die Bilder entsprechen absolut nicht der Realität. Das gesamte Grundstück ist in einem sehr ungepflegten Zustand. Der Grillplatz nicht nutzbar, verwildert und ein Ablageort für Gerümpel. Ständig Probleme mit Abwasser bzw. Kanalisation. Backofen durfte mangels Sicherung nicht benutzt werden. Mikrowelle wurde erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen zur Verfügung gestellt. Vermieterin beschwerte sich weil Haare geföhnt wurden, die könnte man ja lufttrocknen lassen.

Grosse Erwartungen wurden erfüllt
Sehr schöne Bilder haben diese Unterkunft angekündigt. Alle unsere Erwartungen wurden zu 100% erfüllt und zum Teil noch übertroffen. Sehr freundliche Aufnahme des Vermieters, sehr sauber, sehr modern und alles hat gut funktioniert. Viele unterschiedliche Strände in der Nähe.

Piękny nowoczesny apartament, blisko plaży...bardzo mili właściciele.
Oceniam pobyt na szóstkę z plusem. Wszystko było zgodne z ofertą. Duży, przestronny apartament... nowoczesny. Fajny mały basen na posesji. Do dyspozycji duży taras. Idealnie czysto. Dobre wyposażenie. Blisko fajnej plaży ok 400m Katoro Beach (fajna plaża z basenami ze słodką wodą). Bardzo mili właściciele. Idealne miejsce dla 4 osób. Polecam!

Alles wunderbar!
Sehr großes, komplett neuwertiges Appartement, sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen, trotzdem in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer, sehr schöner Strand, trotz Hauptsaison angenehme Frequenz. Vermieterehepaar war sehr nett, sprach auch ganz okay deutsch. Abendprogramm in Umag war zwar immer mit dem Auto zu fahren (ca. 10 Minuten), war aber kein Problem (zur Not gab es in der gleichen Straße eine sehr gute Pizzeria). Auch das Gebäck konnte man morgens von einem kleinen Laden beim Strand holen - war sehr gut. Helles und dunkles sowie süßes Gebäck ab frühmorgens ausreichend vorhanden. Eigener schattiger Parkplatz beim Quartier mit dabei.
