Die Anlage ist wirklich schön und der Pool toll für die Kinder. Jedoch ist die Ausstattung / Möblierung der Wohnung nicht übereinstimmend mit den präsentierten Fotos. Die Wohnung ist viel dunkler und zusammengewürfelt möbliert. Leider war die Wohnung wohl länger nicht gelüftet worden so dass es nicht sehr gut roch. Das Badezimmer ist neu und toll. Die Küche ist klein aber gut ausgerüstet.

Chantier électrique en cours
Dommage que 2 interupteurs électriques et 7 prises de courant sur 12 soient inutilisables pour cause de travaux électriques non terminés ! De plus 2 fuites d'eau sous la chaudière inondent le plan de travail ....a part ces ennuis tout allait bien ! J'ai envoyé une réclamation à Interhome pour me plaindre de ces désagréments. J'attends leur réponse. L'agence de St Jean de Luz a été bien consciente du problème mais n' a pu que me dire que tout serait terminé la semaine suivante ...

Le parking trop petit (on ne peut pas descendre de la voiture), manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine (verres-tire bouchon-saladier...) fuite à la chaudière, 3 prises qui ne fonctionnent pas... Bref, pas génial sinon le logement en lui même n' est pas mal et bien situé.

Bien, mais réfections à envisager
Montant cadre baie vitrée démantelé. Signalé à notre arrivée et réparé pendant notre séjour. Mais les roulements sont usés et la baie coulisse difficilement. Il fallait aussi trouver quelles prises alimentaient les interrupteurs du séjour et de la chambre pour y brancher les lampadaires (pas d'applique ou de plafonier). Emplacements de parking étroits. Reste de la location très agréable. Belles vues autour de la résidence et piscine au top.
