This property was perfect our annual girls trip. The cabin was very clean, well stocked with nice dishes, appliances, bedding, towels and furniture. However the pull out couch could stand a new mattress, it was not very comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus, that we throughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend this property to others…
We had such a nice time up in Estes Park! Outlets Cabin was exactly how the pictures showed! The cabin was clean and very accommodating. We had 5 of us on our trip so the 3 beds worked out great!! The Hot Tub was fantastic (they came to service it daily). They supplied more than enough towels and o was impressed that they even provided salt free spices and EVOO for cooking! They also provided coffee, creamer and sugars.
My only complaints would be, the mattress on the pull out sofa was very thin and worn, the shower water took a while to get hot.
They had free movies at the office and a pool table in the Rec Area. Cabin comes equipped with a DVD player and Cable!
We will definitely book with them on our next trip to Estes!!
This unit is nicely situated between downtown Estes and the park. We had our 2.5 year old with us and I didn’t realize this property wasn’t very family friendly. She enjoyed the pool but there wasn’t much else for her to do. The unit was so bizarrely laid out and seemed to have been crammed in and modified from a previous use. We didn’t realize that our unit looked over the rec room. The back bedroom was so stuffy as there was no outside windows and was also next to a weird hallway with a light constantly on. The unit is also not really equipped to handle multiple people, for example, very little silverware, no bathroom hooks and a dishwasher that requires opening the fridge to load it. The pullout bed was also very broken. Overall it’s just fine for some adults to crash in but I wouldn’t recommend it for families.
Our family loved this place. The location was perfect with great access to RMNP and an equally quick drive into EP.
The private outdoor space was wonderful as was the hot tub. The pool was great (and warm) which the kids really appreciated.
Great place all around!!
Our family stayed here and loved the convenience of the location. We all enjoyed the hot tub on chilly evenings after a day of hiking and we loved having a kitchen. The property managers were easy to reach and responded quickly.
The location is great! Nice quick drive to anything you need in Estes Park. Beautiful city and the cabin was just what we needed. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.
Location was awesome! Lots of pine trees, and across the street was a creek. It was a cozy home which provided most necessities, as well as a hot tub! The only thing missing were three chairs for the dining room. The room can hold up to six people, but there are only three dining chairs in the cottage. Check in was a little confusing because we couldn't find our cottage number, not realizing it was set behind another cottage. So we had to go to another location get information for that. But it was all worth it, because we had a wonderful experience!
We booked this unit but when we arrived we were dissatisfied and disappointed. It had apparently, due to age, had taken in water which made it smell mildew/molded. Strong odor. We contacted the mgmt and they quickly responded and transferred us to a different unit which was nice and the quality we thought we were getting originally.
Disappointed by this property and money spent. Not worth the cost. The living room and bedroom windows overlook the rec room for the facility. This should be made clear in description for property. No privacy. No ability to open windows in hot summer days in Colorado. There is a mouse issue. Each night mice running around in both bedrooms.
This was the perfect stay! Our group was 6 adults and my baby and the cabin accommodated us perfectly. And it was wonderfully baby proof, so the little guy could crawl around happily and safely and comfortably. The hot tub was a savior after hiking a 14er, and my sister who stayed behind to babysit for me was more than happy to spend a nice quiet day in this cozy comfortable rental which had everything she wanted. The management was very friendly and punctual with messages. Would definitely stay there again if I plan to revisit Estes Park!

Very cute place to stay in between Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The hot tub was nice and the inside of the property was well maintained. Gave it 4 stars because we were disappointed that the pool was not open for the season when we arrived, and did not know that would be the case. We were able to go to the neighboring Fawn Inn that was a mile away to use the pool, but it was an inconvenience to have to drive there when the pool access was one of the reasons why I booked this place. We saw elk right in the driveway of our place, so that was really neat to see.

Not perfect but not bad
Oddly configured unit, overlooking the community rec room and below another unit, but the photos are accurate, all the fixtures work, all the furniture is comfortable.
We started our stay on a holiday and there had been no snow removal, which to us was surprising for a vacation resort. Check-in was remote (due to front desk staffing shortage), and, having now stayed at several units managed by Rocky Mountain Resorts, I can't emphasize enough how much better off you are if you can arrive before dark when this is the case. Even with the map on the reverse of the check-in slip, it is not obvious how to find some of these units (like this one) that are wedged between other numbers and not visible from the outside.
My friends and I stayed here for a wedding in Estes Park. It was a great location - 10 minutes from the main center of town and 30 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. Having a private hot tub after hikes was so ideal especially in chilly weather. Loved the fireplace and coziness of the cabin. Would definitely stay here again!
We picked up our check in packet and followed the directions. When we got to the unit that we were given directions and a key for, to our horror, we opened the door to find another family in the unit. They showed us that they, too, had been given a key and directions to this unit. We called for help and waited 20 minutes with our 3 kids in the car for someone to get us the right key. The gal was apologetic and the rest of our stay was nice.

We loved this place! The caretaker is an awesome woman from IL that raises huskies and drives a jacked up pickup. Seriously awesome lady.
She checked on the hot tub every single day that we were there to make sure all chemicals were top notch and the tub was clean.
Saw a deer in our mountain landscape.
Great shower water pressure, dishwasher and fridge. We really loved the area, would go back in a heartbeat.
We just wanted to be to ourselves and it worked perfect for us. The hot tub was great for the 2 of us, but not much more room for to many more people. It's not a deep tub, more of a lay down but felt great.
This cabin has been almost completely renovated and was very clean and comfortable. The fireplace has a spectacular draw and makes it easy to enjoy. The clean hot tub at the foot of the mountain was a great way to enjoy our evenings and early mornings. The very sturdy and beautifully handcrafted log beds were very comfortable. These three amenities made for a very romantic and relaxing weekend getaway.
We highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back.
