Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool (32 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station 1 km, pebble beach 27 km, public bathing area 27 km. Riding stable 4 km, walking paths from the house 1 km, cycle lane 1 km.
3-room house 90 m2. Living/dining room 40 m2 with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the garden. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden, to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Deck chairs. View of the swimming pool and the garden. Entspannender Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und hat außer einem tollen Pool noch eine große Wiese, auf der die Kinder Fußball spielen konnten. Die Zufahrt zum Ferienhaus ist problemlos möglich. Die Vermieter kümmerten sich bei Problemen prompt um deren Behebung. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden.

Abitazione in roccia immersa in un tappeto di boschi verdissimi a circa mezz’ora dal mare quindi la tranquillità non manca. Per una famiglia di 4 persone è praticamente perfetta ha una piscina privata con tavolo esterno e tanto spazio,grande soggiorno, cucina attrezzata,bagno con doccia spaziosa,2 camere matrimoniali cosa si può volere di più? Proprietari gentili e premurosi. Un pensiero per l’anno prossimo l’abbiamo già fatto …….

Sehr entspannte Tage in Sveti Petar
Wir haben 11 Tage hier verbracht und waren überaus zufrieden. Wir hatten hier eine ruhige Zeit. Das Haus hat alles was man sich bei einem Ferienhaus als Ausstattung wünscht. Das Haus liegt mittig zwischen Porec und Rovinj und beides ist innerhalb von unter 30 Minuten erreichbar. Deer Pool war sehr sauber und hatte eine gute Größe. Wir haben ihn ab und zu genutzt, meist jedoch waren wir an den wunderschönen Stränden, die mit dem Auto gut erreichbar sind. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Hat man Informationen oder ähnliches benötigt, haben sie sich schnellstmöglich darum gekümmert. Für uns war die Unterkunft somit super. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, neu und modern eingerichtet, toller Pool mit bequemen Liegen, ruhige Atmosphäre, ideal zum Entspannen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert, sehr nette, hilfsbereite Familie. (Haus direkt nebenan) Die Entfernung zur Küste, ca. 30 Minuten Fahrtzeit, hat uns nicht gestört.

Super relaxed, sehr nette Gastgeber
Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Poli Murvu. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und der Pool ist super schön (gerade diesen Sommer fertig geworden). Man hat genug Schatten, wenn es zu heiss wird und das Haus innen ist schön kühl. Die Lage ist für die Leute gut, die auch mal 30mins an den ashrams fahren wollen, was für uns kein Problem ist.
