This beautiful home is the perfect vacation away from the every day hustle and bustle with a lot of amenities that you would expect from a 5 star hotel, but in the comfort of your own space. This home has been beautifully updated, it is right in the heart of Scottsdale close to everything from the airport, Old Town Scottsdale, Kierland Commons, Talking Stick casino, and Salt River fields for Spring training. And have I mentioned the thousands of restaurants, activities, and outdoor fun within 10 miles of our home? This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home with game room will be your new go to for fun and relaxation…2024 NFL Sunday Ticket for your viewing pleasure. Brand new Pool and firepit area remodel complete in May 2021 for your enjoyment! For the months September - May, we offer pool heating for $75 a day. This is a newly renovated property keeping up with the high standards of the general Scottsdale area. All of the furnishings, the custom furniture, linens, etc., were chosen to make your stay as comfortable as possible! This is a home, not a house. We take a lot of pride in this home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
What makes this property unique
This house is in a great location in between Old Town and Kierland and in a great quiet neighborhood. You will have a great time with being so close to so many different activities and fun things to do! Also being in Scottsdale near Old Town, this is a larger home in being 2600 Sq. ft., and most homes in this price point are much smaller.
