Pietra - Bel appt 4-6 pers avec balcon

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Calvi, this charming flat air-conditioned to 200 meters of the beach, of a surface of 63 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 3rd and last floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a bathroom. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine and Nespresso...
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A south-facing terrace with sofa, table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron...

The flat is ideally located in Calvi, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
The island of beauty is full of natural and cultural activities, during your stay in Lumio you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the sunshine of the city to go to its various beaches to enjoy a quiet time or to try your hand at the many water activities: paddle, jetski, boat rides... If you are eager to discover the area, you can explore its wonders; the ruins of Occi or the Agriates Desert are available to you! For the more adventurous, quad bikes, 4x4 rides and hikes will seduce you.

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private car park of the flat with a numbered space.

Ritorno a Calvi
Appartamento nuovo in ottima posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia,i vari negozi e il supermercato. Comodo anche per raggiungere il centro e il porto. Sarebbe molto utile una tenda per rendere più fruibile il terrazzo. N.B. E' uno dei pochi appartamenti a Calvi in cui si accettano gli animali domestici!

La personne n'est pas venue faire l'état des lieux de sortie. pas professionnel du tout dommage

Pietra "Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit perfekter Lage, nahe zum Strand und fussläufig nach Calvi. Der reservierte Parkplatz und der Lift zur Wohnung haben uns den Aufenthalt mit Baby sehr erleichtert. Restaurants gibt es vor der Tür oder in 15 min zu Fuß im Hafen von Calvi. Gegenüber findet sich ein kleiner Bio-Supermarkt, der morgens hervorragende Baguettes und Croissants hat, ein paar 100m weiter außerdem ein riesiger SuperU-Supermarkt. Der Fahrradverleih nebenan hat die Lage für uns abgerundet. Etwas ungewöhnlich ist dass keine Bettwäsche in der Wohnung vorhanden ist, die muss man vorab separat beim Host anfragen oder eben selbst mitbringen. Hat für uns aber funktioniert, wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit hier!"

The coffee machines in the kitchen were either dirty or broken. One was full of fungus so a reduced value for money. However, the caretaker was available and found a temporarily solution on the day after.
