Gut bis Mangelhaft
Seit Herbst 2021 konnten wir bis zu diesen Herbst teils positive Neuanschaffungen feststellen, wie zum Beispiel die neuen Terrassen Möbel sowie der neue grosse Sonnenschirm und die neue Küchenabdeckung. Negativ war wie immer die Sauberkeit beim Bezug der Wohnung, extrem dreckige Fenster, Backoffen noch mit Brotresten gefüllt, Achsenbecher nicht geleert und und !!? Was noch wichtig zu wissen ist, das der Grill auf der Terrasse nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Der Elektrogrill als Ersatz schwach.

Logement encombré de bibelots et équipements inutiles et hors service. Mériterait une remise au goût du jour. et renouvellements des équipements tels que parasol, bains de soleil, chaises de salon de jardin. Cuisine à refaire. Manque de climatisation dans la grande pièce à vivre. Cependant, résidence très calme avec un coin piscine très agréable. Belle vue sur le lac.

Schade, die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und schön, Terrasse super. Backofen und Kochherd sind sehr veraltet, nicht voll funktionsfähig. Geschirrspüler hat während unserem Urlaub den "Geist" aufgegeben. Von Hand abwaschen ist mit den Apparaturen nur schwer machbar, da ebenfalls sehr veraltet und macht in den Ferien keinen Spass!

Das beste an der Unterkunft ist die Dachterrasse mit dem Cheminee. Parkmöglichkeit für PW und Möglichkeiten um Velos unterzustellen sind sehr bescheiden. Die Unterkunft ist in Ordnung aber eher hoch im Preis.

Espaces extérieurs balcon, terrasses, parking
A notre arrivée les espaces extérieures balcon, solarium etc. avons mis plus d'une heure pour les nettoyer ainsi que les chaises rouillées. Intérieur propre. Salle d'eau mal éclairée. Difficultés avec la robinetterie (cuisine surtout) et les différents escaliers. Mur du balcon trop élevé pour profiter assis de la vue sur le chemin et le lac. Sinon endroit calme et bien situé. Parcage pour petite voiture sinon problème.
