Be aware of this:
• Vehicle license plate will be recorded at the door.
• Guests must go to the front desk at Lake View for check-in and armband posting.
• Arrivals during closed office hours will be processed the next day from 9:00 am.
• Any person without a bracelet will be approached by security personnel and directed to reception.
• Bracelets are mandatory for any adult over 12 years of age who is not the owner.
• Visits to rentals are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed in rentals.
• Replacing a broken bracelet has the normal cost if the previous bracelet is brought.
• Replacing lost bracelets costs US$ 50.00 per day for the remainder of the reservation.

Playa Bonita Lake View is located in Las Terrenas, 50 minutes from Samaná Town. Just steps away from the beach, right in front of a lagoon. It includes a swimming pool, a bar, and a clubhouse.
