Fully renovated historic home right on campus. Just blocks from The University of Oklahoma and walking distance to the football stadium.

Excellent family home! Perfect for families or multiple couples.

*absolutely no smoking, pets or parties. Guests are subject to immediate eviction if these rules are broken. Please message me with any questions.
No college groups. Courtesy quiet time 10pm-8am.

The space
**Due to COVID-19, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations.**

-4 bedroom in a quiet neighborhood on OU's campus.
-Walk to Gaylord Family Memorial Football Stadium and campus activities. Enjoy Art, History, or Athletics.

-Family amenities such as corn hole, board games, books, WIFI, Hulu Live and Netflix access. Fenced backyard.
-Fully accessible laundry available.
-Parking for up to 5 vehicles. (no street, alley or yard parking)
-Beautiful screened and covered patio (so lovely at night with our string lights and so peaceful in the morning while enjoying your coffee!)

Sleeping arrangements:
-2 King size beds
-1 Queen size bed
-6 Twin beds (2 sets of bunk beds and a daybed with a trundle. All in the same room! Kids love it.)

We have taken great pride in the upkeep of our home and invite those who are wanting to share in its beauty and comfort to do the same.

Other things to note
Iron, Ironing Board, Hair Dryers, Keurig, coffee maker, Crock-Pot, Blender, Toaster and Waffle Maker are all provided.
*NOTE: Your safety matters. There is a Ring doorbell security camera, located next to the front door facing out, along with a exterior floodlight security camera overlooking the yard. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record at all times*

Fantastic Home
This is one of the nicest VRBO homes I've ever stayed in. Everything is top-of-the-line, beautiful, well-appointed. The OU campus is just 3 blocks away, and the home is on a wonderful tree-lined street in a walkable neighborhood. The huge kitchen and dining area are a nice bonus, offering ample space for hospitality and hanging out. Suni was a great host - engaged and responsive. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing mom/daughter college visit!
Took 6 moms and their HS daughters to OU for Friday tours and Saturday home game! Location is spectacular. Darling, quiet street oozing charm. Short walk right onto campus. Moms shared the 3 bedrooms. Girls took the bunks. Perfect! Clean, cozy, new appliances, even a darling screened back porch to enjoy wine and that Oklahoma breeze. Will rebook for future trips to Norman!

Perfect VRBO for a large group visiting OU
My family is scattered across the country and meeting up near OU where my youngest is a freshman worked best for Easter. We've often used VRBO and this house is one of the best we've ever rented. The house is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings, beds and bedding. The kitchen is well stocked (not the usual garage sale/hand me down kitchen wares you find in a rental). We cooked several meals for our party of 8 and had everything we needed. The rental is walking distance to OU. The owner was easy to reach and great to work with. The check in/check out process was easy. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay there next time we visit Norman.

We visit Norman frequently and this is the best place we’ve stayed. If anything, the pictures on VRBO don’t do it justice! This will definitely be the first home we check for availability in the future.

We enjoyed our weekend in Norman. The house is spacious and comfortable. Our group of teens and college students loved gathering around the table for spoons and card games. The check out policy is the most generous I’ve ever seen. Most rentals charge you a large cleaning fee and then basically require you to clean the house yourself. Not this place! You won’t be disappointed

I can't say enough good things about this property. It's beautiful!! We had a perfect weekend in town with family and friends visiting our college kids and attending a football game. Not only is this house gorgeous, it's completely walkable to campus, restaurants and shopping. We look forward to staying again!

This house was simply stunning. The decor and amenities were great. Two tv rooms to satisfy the football game watchers and the chick flick viewers. The location was great to attend a football game on campus. An easy walk through a lovely neighborhood. Walking distance to local food service. The kitchen was large and functional. Beyond Amazing!
We stayed here primarily for its close proximity to the stadium (it's an easy walk), but we were blown away by how beautiful, clean and well-maintained this home was. The owners thought of everything to make the place welcoming and comfortable for us. Very impressive!
