Nice quiet place.

The stay was really nice. The location was great. The house was clean and in a good neighborhood. The only minor things that we had an issue with was the pool, grill, and oven. The pool, grill, and oven need to be cleaned and ready to go for new guests. Of these three things we only used the pool. It was nice but not maintained.

Great house

We had a little issue when they first got there, but Greg was easy to get ahold of and he resolved it. Great stay, and loved the pool. Would have stayed another week there if it were available. Thank you Greg for being a great host for them!

Above and beyond

I've rented several properties over the past 3 years all in Cape Coral. This one hands down was the best. The house was very clean, furnishings all high quality. Pool was peefect and the bedrroms and bathrooms where well high quality. Will definitely reserve again for .ore family or business trips.

Beautiful house and location!

We enjoyed our spring break with our teenage kids at this beautiful, clean, spacious home! Spent lots of time in the pool and relaxing around it enjoying the view of the canal! Neighborhood is very quiet! House is in a perfect location! Greg was great to deal with and answered all my questions before our trip in a very timely manner! Would definitely come stay again!

beautiful home

My family and I stayed in January and had a great time. The house was wonderful, very clean and was as the pictures showed. The neighborhood was quiet and my sister-in-law and I felt very safe walking the dogs. The only draw back to our stay is that I did not realize how big cape coral was. You will have to drive everywhere. I prefer an area more conducive to riding bikes and walking. If you don't mind that however it is a great place to stay. The pool and dock were very relaxing. The grill however could use some work, it did not heat evenly. I would also encourage putting up curtains. It was great when the sun was shinning but at night I felt like I was in a fish bowl. Overall though I would stay in the house again.

Great Cape Coral Home

This is a very nice home in a nice subdivision, and the owners were awesome with timely (within minutes) communications. Note, they are selling. The pool is small, and kitchen cookware/utensils were hodge podge, but enough there to make things work. I would book again.

Great location

The home was outdated, and there needs to be better window coverage in the main room shower, the window looks out on the Main Street not private at all! Little to no cleaning supplies or washing pods when told we needed to wash all the laundry! And not a lot of cooking supplies you need to provide a lot of items at this home, but overall the location is great, brought the boat and was able to get to the ocean within 5 minutes!

Perfect house for a family of 4

Beautiful house with a small pool on the canal. Perfect house for a family of 4. Master room and bathroom on one side of the house and 2-Queen beds with bathroom on other side of house. Very nice open living/Kitchen/Dining room with siding door the length of the wall out to the pool. This will be a property we stay at in the future.

Gorgeous Home on Canal

Large, upscale 3 bedroom home. 4 patio doors slide open totally to outside patio and pool. Canal area is pretty. Great WiFi. Quiet, residential neighborhood — it is a long walk to stores and restaurants. (Expect to bring/buy extra sundries: shampoo, extra toilet paper, paper towels…)

Good Place but needs some attention.

The house is as advertised and clean but there were disappointments. Only 20% of the BBQ burners worked. The rear door sticks to the point of it being a hassle to use. The pool was pea soup green on the second day and you could only see to the first step. After a hot day in the sun a plunge would have been nice. The garbage cans were not only full but they we infested with maggots. We housed our garbage for 4 days until I could deliver them to the curb. The instructions noted to run the A/C only to 78 degrees during the day or it would freeze. This results from a dirty filter or lack of refrigerant and should be fixed. Fortunately, we were gone every day so it did not impact us. A 6 foot section of the pool screen was hanging by one end and it whistled at night in the wind. A bigger deal for a rental, the master bed is a roller coaster if your partners tosses at night. With all the rain, the yard sprinklers on the windows at 6 am was not necessary and the yard would not be a sponge. We can from the other coast for a baseball tournament, so we used the house as a comfortable place to eat and rest and it functioned perfectly for that. The price is reasonable and the house was clean and functional. Fix these issues and my stay and the place would have been comfortable and perfect as well as the review and I would book again the same week for the next 2 years.

Wonderful House with Great Management

We had a wonderful stay. The house is fantastic and well appointed with everything we needed. Lexi, the manager, took very good care of us. She was always accessible and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this house if you’re looking for a great area to stay in Cape Coral on the water.

Couldn’t of asked for more.

Property manager was beyond accommodating and went out of her way to make us feel at home. We’ve been here two weeks with our kids and freinds and needed a little smaller place with a pool on the canal. This place was a total hit. When we come back we will def be using this one. Only regret, we didn’t stay longer. A++

Good house

Great location on a very quiet street. MB is on one end of house while the other 2 BDS are on the other which is nice. YouTube TV was nice to have during down time. Just a quick 25-40 minute drive to Sanibel or Ft. Myers Beach. This was our second time staying here. Only thing is the MB shower needs a new handle to start with. It’s either cold water or hot water…no in between. Would stay again for sure.
