Walking distance to indoor and outdoor dining, entertainment, kid's playground, watersports rentals, a quick trolley ride to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk (less than 2 miles away) and just a 10 minute car ride to incredible tax-free shopping (including over 100 brand-name outlet stores). Wonderful vacation rental offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including 3 queen beds in three bedrooms and a bunk bed with 2 full-size mattresses in the 4th bedroom. Bonus: beach chairs, a kayak and crab traps. Parking included - 2 reserved spaces in Condominium parking lot located in front of home + 1 Dewey Beach Parking Permit (for parking off-premises). Pelican Paradise is a non-smoking property. Guests pay a $155 cleaning fee for every stay. Dog friendly with $300 minimum pet fee and signed addendum. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
