Comfortable, beautiful, safe

We very much enjoyed our stay. The complex had a nice pool and hot tub. The condo was nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The patio overlooking the golf course was a wonderful place to enjoy the Sun. Good hiking at PHX Mtn park.

Wonderful place.

We were nervous about using VRBO listing because of horror stories we had heard from friends. Our experience was the opposite. Very nice comfortable property that was in a great location. We couldn’t have been happier.

Biltmore Villa

The townhome is in a quiet neighborhood, right on the golf course. The location is very convenient and it’s close enough to walk to the Biltmore Hotel and hiking nearby. The townhome is nicely decorated, clean, and equipped with all the amenities. Dana was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

The best location and safe harbor for this New Yorker

Clean, bright, beautiful view on golf course. Great managers, great neighbors - if you want and place is quiet! I took refuge from NYC and worked remotely for 6 weeks. I will be doing the same if I possibly can. I don't want to rave too much because I want time to myself!

So very convenient!

My husband and I recently stayed at your property and really enjoyed the location and our stay at your condo. We even were able to extend our stay and communication with Dana and Shay was very very good and helpful. The condo sits in a very safe and clean neighborhood which is awesome for biking, walking and jogging. So convenient and easy to get around to the surrounding areas that Phoenix/ Scottsdale has to offer and then some. The community pool was wonderful to have available to use and relax.

Perfect area

Great little neighborhood. Gated which felt good. Close to good restaurants, shopping, and some attractions. Both baths upstairs was difficult as we are seniors with some health issues. Lighting in condo not the best in bedrooms. Property mgmt said condo will be updated this summer which would be nice.

Very nice quiet neighborhood

Had a very nice stay. The only thing we wish it had was a bathroom on the main floor. The only bathrooms were located upstairs.

Perfect AZ getaway !

Wonderful condo! Gave us the warm getaway experience my mom and I were needing. The pool was the perfect cool but not cold temperature and the condo and neighborhood environment were relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped for us to make coffee and smoothies. The owners were easy to contact when we had questions. I recommended this place and would like to stay again in the future.
