This building was a good fit for my wife and I. Just big enough, everything new or new-ish and in good working order. The location was a bit out of the way, but that was made easier when we started using Valley Road access, instead of the zigzagging that our GPS pushed--all to avoid speed bumps?
It's nice and quiet, and you get instant aromatherapy when you walk out and smell the pinon-juniper aerosols wafting around you. There's a nice path along a creek for your morning stroll, if you can make it up and down the hill, and around the trees. You have to walk up a steep driveway to access your parking place, but it's a very short distance.
Inside, all the appliances worked well. The host was welcoming, helpful, available, but unobtrusive--perfect! Furnishings were spare; nothing fancy, but nothing lacking. The cost was not low, but for us it was well worth it.
