Vacations can be fun but can also be stressful. This luxurious, 5 bedroom, 3 bath home will help reduce the stress that comes with vacations. This home is only around 15 minutes away from Disney World and Universal Studios. The home is located in a very friendly and safe neighborhood. Also, this home is in the middle of many restaurants and grocery stores including Publix and CVS Pharmacy. For entertainment, the home includes a Roku in every bedroom, a Play Station in the living room, a game room in the garage (Pool, Air Hockey, and Foosball), internet, and a pool with pool toys (Extra Fee for Pool Heating - $25.00). Beyond the backyard, you have an amazing, private view of a neighborhood lake. The home comes with many kids' and babys' items (3 pack and plays, 1 highchair, 2 booster seats for table, 1 umbrella stroller, a sit 'n stand double stroller, and car seats) so you do not have to worry about that. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized according to CDC guidelines.

Very clean and comfortable. No dish towels around. Would be nice to start with basics like tp, paper towels, bar soap, dish soap.

Needs Updating

We were 3 couples staying 2 months in a warmer climate. The house was great and in a great location. However, the furniture in the family room was old and VERY uncomfortable. The present owners have only had this property or about 6 months and before we got there had converted the garage to a game room, which other renters may enjoy more than we did. I think they should have started with the inside furniture. The queen bed felt like it would fall thru at any time. Both king beds were comfortable. The outdoor area was very nice, however, there was no railing to walk down the steps into the pool, which is a safety issue. A couple days after getting there we swept all the floors and it was amazing how much dirt/dust came up. The front door lock is difficult to get open and shut. We enjoyed our stay but hope they do some more updating for future guests.

Lovely home

It was a beautiful clean home in a very nice neighborhood. The owner was very responsive to all questions. It was close to Orlando and not far from the airport. I recommend staying here.

The garage has been converted into a small and cozy game room. The pool is heated and the backyard is covered in mesh to keep the pests away. Beyond the backyard is a large pond that gives you a sense of serenity during dawn and dusk.
