House divided into 2 independent accommodations. Here you will be in the east side gîte. Surface area of 88 m2.
The location offers a multitude of activities: St Emilion and its wine estate 20 minutes away, several hiking departures near the house with views of vineyards and the Dordogne. Possibility of a day at the beach: Grand Crohot beach 1 hour by car. Fancy a shopping or cultural trip? Bordeaux is only 23 km away, 30 minutes by car.
Events prohibited in the gîte. Possibility to also rent the "chai" in the castle with 340m² and 2 rooms for receptions. From 2500€. Consult me.
