You'll fall under the spell of this beautiful 71m² 3P on the 2nd and top floor in a quiet residential area suitable for the disabled, with seasonal swimming pool and pétanque court.
Tourist tax, 3 stars: 2.28€ per night and per adult
Deposit 700€ by bank pre-authorisation except with Airbnb
You will be asked to sign a contract at the time of booking.
Final cleaning included.
Optional linen 60€ per stay for all tenants.
For more than 3 weeks, additional cleaning and/or linen is possible.

You will be welcomed on site by the manager while respecting the barrier gestures.

This accommodation can accommodate up to 4 adults and has a large swimming pool, petanque area, with private terrace (electric barbecue available) 2 large bright bedrooms with beds (2x80x200 electric and 140x200) and en-suite shower room. Private parking. Shops nearby but car recommended.
Antibes Juan-les-Pins is located between Nice and Cannes, not far from the inland villages and around a hundred kilometres from the ski resorts. Today, as the leading town in the Sophia-Antipolis European technology park, it enjoys an international reputation.
