Die Agentur war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung jedoch absolut herunter gekommen und schmutzig. Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern waren verklebt und nicht zu öffnen, Klimaanlage defekt, Geschirr unsauber und keine vernünftigen Töpfe und Pfannen, etc. vorhanden. Silberfischchen überall, Dusche schimmelt, Matratze schmutzig Preis und Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis

Emplacement parfait, mais appartement à revoir
Super localisation, à deux pas du tram et en face de la plage, dans un immeuble de bon standing. Le balcon a une vue magnifique sur toute la baie, et l'accueil à l'agence a été parfait. Cependant l'appartement mériterait une sérieuse rénovation : prises électriques qui sortent du mur, très peu d'équipement pour cuisiner, propreté moyenne, fenêtres et volets qui coincent quand on les ouvre/ferment ... Clairement pas safe si vous venez avec des petits.

BEL APPARTEMENT AVEC QUELQUES POINTS A VOIR
Appartement très beau très bien situé belle décoration Quelques points sont à voir. Téléviseur réception nulle . Manque des ampoules salle de bains, grande chambre et pièce principale. Flexible de douche abimé. Aspirateur HS. Manque évident d'un lave linge (l emplacement est existant dans la salle de bains)

Un appartement qu’il faudrait relooker. Des chaises horribles où l’on peut difficilement s’asseoir. Des oreillers à mettre à la poubelle. Une cuisine sombre avec 5 poêles très usées, seulement deux correctes auraient suffit. Une télévision avec seulement 5 chaînes. Petit conseil pour mieux louer, une climatisation intégrée serait la bienvenue. Une agence que l’on a contacté 2 fois pour avoir des draps pour un lit simple qui manquait, on attend toujours ! Un dépannage télé fait une fois parti!

Mooi appartement
Vanaf de airport helemaal naar het adres om de sleutel op te halen was een crime en heeft ons uren gekost, vooral daar de stad voor ons vreemd is. Hoewel wij om 10.30 uur al in Nice waren kwamen wij pas bij de woning met de sleutel om 18.00 uur. Een halve dag verloren van onze vakantie.

Flott utsikt
Trivellig leilighet. Fikk ikke opp vinduet på hovedsoverommet.Man må være forbredt på trafikkstøy. Trivdes godt og passet vårt behov. Likte stranda rett utenfor. Der var det bedre å ligge og mindre folk enn lengre "inn".
