110 km north of Rovaniemi. Silverlog cottage 1990, living room/ kitchen, bedroom double bed, low-ceilinged sleeping loft 4 beds, washroom, sauna, wc, open porch. Silverlog chalet in middle of old-growth forest , very peaceful situation. Close to Pyhä-Luosto National Park , distance 500 m. Main Luosto ski slopes 9 km away. Connection to Luosto ski trails (length 150 km) 300 m from the cottage, opened yearly on the week nr 7. Until that the distance to the nearest skiing track is 4 km. Snowmobile route 300 m, Amethyst mine 15 km, Sodankylä 35 km, Pyhätunturi 33 km.

Super schöne Blockhütte mitten im Wald, genau das richtige für mich ... Ruhe vom Alltag und der Großstadt (Berlin), fahre nächstes Jahr im November gleich noch mal hin um mir den Rest der Gegend anzuschauen ... Habe ich dieses Jahr leider nicht alles geschafft ...

Great place to relax and revive
We loved our stay. Cottage is cosy, well equipped; we had all we needed, even if the items were not the most modern ones. The location is amazing (that is if you like a secluded place surrounded by nature). Check-in was interesting, as the couple didn't speak English, and our German is not that good (Finnish even worse), but they were very friendly and kindly accomodated our late arrival. Thank you

Een aanrader voor een echte Finse ervaring
Heerlijk huis, privé gelegen, midden in het bos. Huis was gezellig versierd met lampjes vanwege de feestdagen voor de deur. Huis is ruim, met alles wat je nodig hebt en de bedden liggen prima. Heerlijke openhaard kachel. Fijne sauna, makkelijk in gebruik en geweldig om na een saunabezoek op de veranda na te stomen tussen de besneeuwde boomtoppen.
