Wake up refreshed in this classy 4 bed 4 bath home on a private cove of calm water. Each room is privately placed in its own quadrant of the home with direct access to an en-suite updated modern bathroom. The master bedroom is dedicated to its own wing on the second level with a grandeur's bathroom that includes a large soaking tub overlooking the lake. You also have your own private balcony to enjoy a quiet morning with some coffee. The other wing is dedicated to two additional bedrooms (bunk room and queen) with a jack and Jill bathroom. Perfect for parents with children! There is one bedroom on the main floor that is ideal for older folks that don't have to use the stairs.
Head down to the basement for some fun arcade games and tv watching! The updated space also has a full bathroom. Enjoy a movie or sporting event outdoors in the stone-covered patio with retractable shades and a fireplace while enjoying the lake views.

House includes great amenities including a 60 game arcade with all of the classics like Pac Man, Frogger & many more....plus SMART TVs, 4 kayaks, 1 paddle board, fire pit, and much much more!

Great house and location

We have stayed at Sunset Paradise before, and we absolutely love it. The location is fantastic. The house is beautiful and spacious and so well constructed and appointed. The docks are extensive and spacious. The view is top notch. The locations is in a cove that is a great mix of not remote at all, yet not overpopulated and crowded at all either. There are only a couple of things that the owners / property managers could improve to make the experience 100% impeccable (e.g., there in an ant problem so they need to get regular extermination to get that under control). But other than that and a few other minor adjustments that could be made, we loved it!!!

Great getaway!

The home was perfect for our family get away. We had a great time playing games in the evening and the kids loved the paddle board and kayaks at the dock. Don’t miss the opportunity to rent the boat as well. Plenty of room and fun had by the whole family.

Husband’s 70th Birthday Week on Lake Norman

The house was as advertised. Plenty of towels, paper towels and toilet paper for a group of 10. The location was super close to a grocery store, marina, and restaurants. The dock was great for the pontoon boat that we rented and the kayaks were in good condition. One guest room bed collapsed twice and our guests had to put it back together. The home could have been cleaner under the furniture, the house decks needed a good cleaning and it would have been nice to look out clean windows. It was a nice home.

Great place!

This property met all expectations! Better in person. Great for couples and families. Lots of space to spread out.. The boat dock is large. Lots of room to fish and lay out. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property!

Lakefront relaxation

This home and property is beautiful and well maintained. There’s room to spread both inside and outdoors. Our family of 9 was able to spread out across three levels that includes decks, sun rooms, porches and game rooms. The lakefront views and the access to kayaks and paddle boards provided something for everyone. The kitchen is modern and has everything needed to cook many meals. The WiFi and TVs worked perfectly. No concerns and no issues with this beautiful property.

An absolutely wonderful experience

The house was amazing, beautifully appointed with everything we could possibly need or want. Would definitely stay here again! Ideal location and a peaceful place to spend a week.

Great family week

Beautiful home with lots of space for everyone. Terrific location in a small inlet with view of open lake. Near marina for gas fill ups of water equipment. Also 3 minutes from Publix for quick grocery runs! Kids bunk room was better than pictured ( actually had two bunk beds). Master is huge, but very sunny with lots of windows. Bathrooms are updated and terrific for family use. Loved the indoor and patio dining. With great weather, we were mostly outside, but great, open space indoor, too. Fabulously equipped for play with kayaks and paddle board, basketball goal, bean bag toss games up and downstairs, swimming dock, etc. Great family fun. Will do it again.

Amazing Views!

This house is great! It is right on the water and has amazing views throughout the house. The house has plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you will need. I loved having my coffee in the sunroom or covered deck each morning watching the water glisten. The dock is quite large and nice to sit out on. The owners have some nice touches with providing some initial items such as tissues, toilet paper, bathroom/kitchen soaps, dish detergent, coffee pods and a bottle of wine. There are little black hand towels in each bathroom with "makeup" embroidered on them. Such a great idea so you don't ruin their nice quality fluffy white towels. I would definitely stay here again!
