This spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath pool view condo is in the heart of the World's largest medical Centre. This location includes activities like Hermann Park, The Museum District, Reliant Park and The Houston Zoo. In Rice Village, you can take advantage of countless shopping, dining, and entertainment options just a few minutes from your front door. It is also only a 5 minute drive from The Texas Medical Centre, which is the largest medical centre in the world. Downtown Houston is only 10 minutes from this property. Galveston is only 30 minutes away.



You can relax pool side or read a novel on our comfy couches under the vine shaded pergolas. How about joining our complimentary sessions of Yoga or check out our 24 hour gym? The property offers catered monthly breakfast in the Club Room, daily movie rentals, resident business center with wifi, package acceptance and delivery service and a library of resident book swaps. It also has 24 hour emergency maintenance, on site courtesy officer and valet waste pick up at your door five days a week. The complex also has a recreation center where you can relax with your friends and family. It also has a business centre where you will have access to computers, printers and fax machine 24-hours a day. In the condo, you will have access to wireless internet, cable TV and washer/dryer. It sleeps 6 people comfortably with a spacious living room. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and modern appliances and everything that anybody would need to cook up a delicious meal. It was a terrible experience. The door did not lock whenever we left, which was a safety issue. There were pee spots on the carpet when we arrived, gnats in the kitchen and bathroom. It was half of a roll of toilet paper, when there were 2 bathrooms and we were staying for 3 nights. We had to go and buy our own. I have over 20 bug bites all on my body and my friend have some as well. We never got a key fob to park in the parking garage which was a big inconvenience, we had to park on the street. They said someone will bring it the next day but no one never came. The Faustus were leaking out of both bathrooms in the tub.

Great area, very close to MDA
The neighborhood is upscale and felt secure. Our only issues were the entry gate was messed up but a manager in the welcome center helped us; we didn’t know the layout of the complex which is quite large so we weren’t sure which gates were for the parking garage and which floor would be closest to our apartment. Parking was actually quite a distance from the apartment when you have a lot of stuff to load and unload; and lastly, we had to google the door handle to see how to open it after we got our code and also google how to lock from the inside. Small things that maybe more instructions and a map of the complex’s layout could rectify. The beds, bedding and furnishings were very nice and comfortable.

Great apartment, very clean, spacious, great location.
Excellent service from beginning. Very nice people and easy to deal with. Loved the apartment and the location. I will definitely be renting it again next year for the cookoff, if not before.
