★ PETS: No cats allowed. Dogs must be specifically requested ahead of time and be approved before booking. Please clean up after your pet in the unit and the building, if not, you will be charged accordingly. No pets are allowed on furniture, especially sofas and beds. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund.

- Short Term Guests: $75 per pet
- Long Term Guests (guests over 28 nights): $150 per pet cleaning fee
- Membership dog park in the back of the building: $75 for the year 2023

★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay; extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays over 3 weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

Long-Term Stays (over 20 nights): $400 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

Sisters Getaway

We enjoyed the location - it was right downtown. We were within walking distance of several restaurants and found uber services easily for other adventures. There is alot to see in St Louis.

Nice place, great location, but with a few issues

Pros: Very cool loft in a former garment building, great location with a view of the park. Plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Modern Kitchen, and appliances. High ceilings with brick walls and massive exposed wood beams. Fast elevator. Onsite Manager. Cons: Exorbitant fees for cleaning, service, mandatory damage insurance, and parking. Walls for bedrooms are 2-3 feet below ceiling allowing no sound insulation between rooms being able to hear everything. Pillows were uncomfortable similar to sleeping on a balloon. Very low water pressure. Difficult tight parking in basement. Dirty windows obstructing view. Building door not secure, would not lock, and when repaired two days later, our door code would not work. Street vendors outside next door smoke shop hawking weed. Loft door would not shut completely unless pushed to lock. Building hallways are dirty, unfinished, and cluttered. Overall, our 3-day stay was enjoyable even with the exorbitant fees and mostly annoying problems that knocked it down a couple of stars.

Great Location

Loft was clean and spacious. It is conveniently located and within walking distance to numerous destinations and easy access to highways. Manager communication is good. Recommend for adults and families with older children.

Long St Louis Weekend -city chic apt

Great place to stay central to all attractions. We explored the city on scooters and foot with a couple of Uber rides to further distant spots in the city. Large open kitchen to cook and lots of restaurants near by. Host has excellent communication as well. Would definitely recommend for couples and family’s with adult children.

just not for kids on the weekend

i love the host but my kids did not enjoy the club scene only way up to the building , and the guy sleeping outside of the door. other than that it’s was good just not for the little ones.
