This corner apartment offers stunning views of the amazing Biscayne Bay. A large unit that will captivate you with its 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, open living space, floor to ceiling windows, and a kitchen completely equipped with Italian cabinets, marble countertops, Bosch dishwasher, premium appliances, and Wi-Fi internet. Remodeled by European Designer.
For your entertainment, it features three TVs (in the living and in each bedroom), with over 100 channels, including HBO & Showtime and music stations. For most guests, really fast internet is of the utmost importance, and accordingly, we offer you a dedicated high-speed connection (unlike most hotels which offer up to 5Mb and a shared or "dirty" connection).
Master Bedroom with one king-size from which you can see the amazing Biscayne Bay and a day bed. It includes blackout curtains in the rooms and a walk-in closet with a safety box and an en-suite bathroom with a separated bathtub and shower and two washbasins. All floors and countertops in marble. Second bedroom with a queen-size bed. The living room has a sofa bed.
The property includes all kitchen utilities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen paper, dishwasher soap, etc. Among the electronics, you will find a toaster, coffee maker, blender, juicer, iron (and iron board), and vacuum cleaner.
We also include two bathrobes to go to the saunas, towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hair shampoo & conditioner, and a hair blower.
Bedrooms have sheets, comforter & bed cover. Pillow menu also available.

After having lived all over the world across four different continents, my husband and I decided to return to Miami, a city we have always loved. We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.
We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.

Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.
You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
