DIFY Elegant - Quartier Part Dieu

This fully renovated and equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed). You will have full use of the apartment and will be free to use all the facilities. Unlimited Internet, TV, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, fan.
It is located in the quiet and residential area of Part Dieu. It is a 10-minute walk from the Part Dieu train station and the tram is at the foot of the building.
The cleaning fee includes the cleaning at your arrival and after your departure but also the household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival. Only one set of keys will be given to you for your stay. We will ask you to show the corresponding ID for your reservation when you receive the keys. In case of independent arrival, we will ask you to send an ID.
Do not hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time. Arrival times are between 5pm and 8pm. Outside of these hours and subject to availability, a surcharge will be requested:
- 2pm to 5pm: 20€.
- 8pm to 11pm: 20€.
No reception after 11pm will be made.
At your departure, please return the accommodation as you found it on your arrival. The cleaning fees will be charged a second time if you do not respect the departure time limit.
