We had 4 adults (two couples) and we really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and had all the amenities you need. The dollar general was a two minute drive so that too was super convenient. If we go back would definitely book again.
Quite and comfortable - the flowing river was clean, clear and soothing.
Host was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The location was perfect and we had a good time exploring other places around us. Totally recommend to anyone. We look forward to another stay.
Most of the condo was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. However, dust /dirt in places and unsure which kitchen items for cooking, eating were clean unless in their storage places. For example, dishes on the table. We had no idea how long they were sitting there. Also, I would suggest an option for real dispenser soap along with the antibacterial. If we ever came back to South Fork, we would stay here again. Thank you to Beau Meyer.
Very nice property. Enjoyed our time in South Fork. Our neighbors in the adjoining condo had to be told to turn down their television a couple of times because we could hear it clearly in our unit.I'm not sure why a person would want to just sit in their condo and watch TV all day and night with all that South Fork has to offer
Good times. The fireplace did not work, but everything else was fine.

The second bedroom was not satisfactory for an adult. The screen was missing and the small bed was so uncomfortable my friend slept on the couch. There was good internet but no cable for the tv, so if you couldn’t stream from your own account you were out of luck
It was fantastic. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The older boys each had a bed and our little one slept with us. There’s a couch someone could take if more beds are needed. The boys had a blast and everyone loved sitting out on the balcony, watching the Rio Grande River. The property owner Beau, was also available to us, really nice guy, super knowledgeable about the area and helped us out with a few things that were above and beyond what we expected. South Fork is a very nice, community driven town with great activities for kids.

Overall good place
Overall the place was good. The description did not mention the condo was on the 2nd floor which was fine but it would have been good to know. The place needs a little TLC because the toilet is leaky, one of the bathroom sinks is leaky and there were spider webs throughout the place. All these things did not take away from the beautiful view from the balcony or from the amazing sounds of the river at night. I would definitely return to this condo as it was in a great location in a cute little town. I met the owner of the property, he was super nice and gave us some good recommendations for fishing sites.
The property was in a perfect spot and had plenty of space for the three of us. The location made it easy to get to wolf creek. There is a nice grocery store near by. I would totally stay there again. The only issue we ran into was that the toilet just keeps running and the bathroom faucet leaked. But I am the manager will fix it up shortly.
Rent it! It’s clean, great floor plan, wonderful kitchen. The King size bed was so comfortable. We loved everything about this place. The views are stunning. We will definitely stay here again!

ok but nothing special
it wasn't made clear that this particular apartment was on the 2nd floor, which would have affected my decision to stay there. it's a 4-room apartment. so if you are ok with hearing noises from other families just like in an apartment, then this is the place for you. appliances are old. washing machine needs some attention. the house got to about 80 degrees F at night. we are from texas, and i realize that we are accustomed to air conditioning, but a 2nd floor of a building will typically be fairly warm. it was clean and ok. but the price was really too high for what we got. i had a good time but i'll be looking at other options the next time i come to south fork.
