This property is situated in a dominant position among the gentle Maremma hills. The complex is part of an important organic farm with 330 ha grounds, dating from the end of 1800 have been renovated with care of the architecture and traditions. Lots of privacy and large outdoor area with furniture to dine oudoors. On request customers take part in the grape harvest, see the cows being milked or visit the zoological centre. Clients are greeted with 1 bottle of red wine and 1 bottle of white wine. The house is situated 25km from the thermal centre of Saturnia, 90km from the centre of Siena, 60km from Viterbo and 140km from the Fiumicino airport in Rome. Perfect position to visit many medieval and etruscan centres of the area. Villa "Casa dell'Arco". 12 km from the centre of Manciano, in a quiet, sunny position, 25 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property, garden 4'000 m2 (not fenced), swimming pool (13 x 6 m, depth 120 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 18.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, central heating system, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop 8 km, restaurant 2 km, rocky beach 23 km. Preis-Leistung (im September 2023) passt
Das Ferienhaus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und bietet sehr viel Platz und Privatsphäre auch für mehrere Parteien. Wir waren zwei Wochen zu Gast und haben insbesondere den grossen Aussenbereich sehr geschätzt. Allerdings ist der Aussenbereich für ein Kleinkind (9 Monate) nicht optimal, da beispielsweise die Schwelle von der Veranda in den Garten recht hoch ist. Der Pool und Garten sind schön. Leider hatten wir etwas Probleme mit Stechfliegen/Mücken. Alles in Allem ein schöner Platz für Ferien.

Beautifull views Nice pool lots of Space in the house. Christiano is very nice and helpfull. The house needs an update. House could be a bit cleaner. The adjacent house is occupied. We were not expecting that. Other than that we had a wonderfull week !

Het is een mooi en zeer ruim huis, de basis is er maar is toe aan modernisering. Er is geen airco aanwezig. Er waren wel vier ventilatoren aanwezig. Persoonlijk vond ik het matras wel oke maar sommige van onze groep sliepen er niet goed op. De kasten in de kamers waren oud en muffig waardoor ik onze kleren er niet in wou leggen. De badkamer is ruim, er waren voldoende handdoeken. De douche is klein en had schimmel. Heel mooi zwembad en prachtig uitzicht!

Traumhaus in toller Lage
Sehr geräumiges Haus in wunderschöner, ruhiger Lage. Grosser Pool im schönen Park. Sehr unkompliziertes Check-In/Out mit aufgestelltem und freundlichen Gastgeber. Alles sehr sauber. Gute Restaurants in Manciano und Montemerano (ca. 10 Km). Zwei grosse Supermärkte in Manciano. In näherer Umgebung unbedingt einen Besuch wert: Pitigliano, Sovana, Sorano und Farnese sowie die frei zugänglichen Thermalquellen von Saturnia.

Super schöner Urlaub
Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sauber und die Küchenausstattung war soweit in Ordnung. Ein Wäscheständer hat gefehlt, das wäre für nasse Wäsche schon sinnvoll. Der Pool war ein Traum, hier gab es Erholung pur. Es gab einiges in der Nähe zu besichtigen und auch das Meer war nicht weit entfernt. An die engen und kurvenreichen Straßen mussten wir uns allerdings gewöhnen.

Urlaub mit Freunden 2022
Wir waren zum 2. mal im Casa dell Arco. Erneut fanden wir ein gut gepflegtes, sensationell grosses Ferienhaus vor. Wir konnten uns in der Ruhe der ländlichen Maremma sehr gut erholen. Jeder findet sein Plätzchen, wenn nicht hier, dann nirgendwo sonst. In diesem Jahr hat uns jedoch die Mückenplage ein echtes Problem bereit, Abends auf der Terrasse war eine echte Herausforderung. Das eine oder andere Küchenutensil könnte ebenfalls aufgefüllt werden.

Das stilvolle Haus hat unsere Art Urlaub zu genießen bestens unterstützt (wie in der Werbung beschrieben). Dieses Anwesen bietet herrliche Ruhe mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Das Pool war sehr gepflegt. Als wir Hilfe brauchten war der Vermieter freundlich und unkompliziert für uns da - Danke!

Schlechte Beschreibung
Wir reisen mit Hund und suchen deshalb Objekte, die eingezäunt sind. In Ihrer Beschreibung war das so. Angetroffen haben wir dann aber ein Objekt, das nicht eingezäunt war. Wir mussten ständig aufpassen, dass unser Hund nicht vom Gelände lief, bzw. mussten ihn ständig an der Leine halten. Das ist alles andere, aber kein entspannter Urlaub. Desweiteren schreiben Sie, dass der Eigentümer hin und wieder das Nebengebäude auf dem angemieteten Gelände nutzt. Das war bis auf 3-4 Tage ständig so.

Ładny obiekt, miły gospodarz, czysty basen, sprawne przejęcie i zdanie - to plusy. Na minus: braki w wyposażeniu kuchni (np kieliszki do wina, łyżeczki), nieudostępniona do użytku szafa w jednej sypialni, uszkodzone moskitiery, niedomykające się drzwi do łazienki, poprzepalane żarówki i panoszące się w kuchni mrówki.

Eine großzügige Villa mit einem schönen Garten und fantastischem Pool. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche dort verbracht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet genügend Platz für eine grosse Familie. Nur die Zufahrtsstrase ist voll Schlaglöcher, aber bei angepasstem Tempo befahrbar.

Villa in herrlicher Landschaft
Die Villa war einfach traumhaft Die Zimmer sind genauso wie auf den Fotos und für mehrere Personen einfach ideal da bei drei Schlafzimmern direkt jeweils ein eigenes Bad dabei ist. Die Aussenanlage wunderbar gepflegt mit herrlichen Ausblick in die traumhafte Landschaft Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder hat uns wirklich gut gefallen.
