Independent traditional house located 10 km from the beaches and about 13 km from Pornic. Private parking in front of the gîte + garage. Municipal park at 400 m with games for children and lake with possible fishing. Terrace and garden of around 250m² facing south. Molky games and petanque balls available.
Single storey: kitchen open to living room (140x190 quality sofa bed), 3 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 90x190 bed, 3: 2 80x200 beds), shower room/wc and separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, cot/high chair/bathtub and baby changing mat.
All inclusive: electricity, aerothermal heating, sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning. Tourist tax in addition.
