In the hamlet Penna in Teverina 10 km from the centre of Orte, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: park 1 ha, wildlife garden and trees, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (3 x 3 m, depth 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. Heating to be paid on the spot (01.Nov. - 31.Mar.). Room cleaning on request (extra). House maid on request (extra). Cook on request (extra). Pre-arrival grocery service. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Gas heating, air-conditioning (extra). Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Upper floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 80 - 180 cm with 1 double bed and satellite TV (flat screen). Wooden floors. Patio, garden, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, sitting area. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed. Cats are not permitted in the house. Please note that the bed on the upper level is a futon bed.

Das Haus war top, super sauber und mit Liebe ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Die Übergabe und Abgabe war super easy und freundlich. Wir waren zwei junge Frauen und hatten die erste Nacht einwenig Angst, aber das Gelände ist sicher und einfach wunderschön. Wir konnten es richtig geniessen. Leider gab es nur eine WC-Papierrolle und kein Abwaschmittel. Da wir aber so oder so selber einkaufen gingen, war das ein kleines Problem. Kommen gerne wieder!!

Energiekosten buiten proporties
In de beschrijving op Booking.com wordt gemeld dat voor gebruik airco kosten worden doorberekend. Prima. Ter plekke bleek echter dat de verhuurder alle energiekosten doorberekend, een vast bedrag van €150 per week. Dus ook voor gebruik van de koelkast, de tuinsprinklers die s nachts uren sproeien, de pompen van het zwembad, de verlichting in huis, etc. Belachelijk! Wij hebben geen airco gebruikt en hebben meterstanden laten opnemen. Onze kosten: € 140. We voelen ons bedrogen.

tolle Unterkunft, aber....
Das Ferienhaus hat voll unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, der Garten ist traumhaft. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und sprechen auch Englisch. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und konnten gut Ruhe finden. Aber, die Dusche spendet leider fast kein warmes Wasser. Leider kann man in dieser Unterkunft die Fenster nicht verdunkeln. Erschreckend war der Preis für Gas, Strom.... mit über 280,-€ für 2 Wochen fanden wir das sehr hoch und übertrieben, zumal wie extra darauf geachtet haben.

Mooi, rustig en prima uitvalsbasis
Gezellig huis met prachtig omheinde tuin. Zalig voor een grote hond. Onze Mechelaar heeft hier mooi kunnen rennen in alle veiligheid. Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoekjes aan Orvieto, Narni, Orte, Amelia, Spoleto... en nog heel wat andere prachtsteden. Wie van mooie omgeving, rust, wandelingen en cultuurbezoeken houdt vindt hier zeker zijn gading. Vriendelijke eigenaars die correct communiceerden.

Out of Africa
Wer einmal Wasser in Afrika trinkt, wird es immer wieder trinken. Dies und noch viel mehr durften wir hier in Penna im afrikanisch eingerichteten Nest erfahren. Obschon sehr kalt haben wir viel Wärme gespürt.

Bellissima villa di campagna tenuta benissimo. Offre massima privacy e tranquillità
Sarà un posto che difficilmente dimenticheremo. La casa è molto bella e funzionale. Ci è stata consegnata in ottime condizioni dalla Signora Antonella (responsabile delle chiavi). Gli spazi esterni sono molto grandi e tenuti sempre puliti ed ordinati da Paolo (il giardiniere) che si occupa sia delle aree verdi che della piscina. Family Nest è molto indicata per chi ha amici a quattro zampe che qui troveranno spazi per giocare e luoghi da esplorare! Il nostro Gaetano ringrazia!!! Un posto magico.
