Perfect!

We were provided decent breakfast, great maids who made sure our trash was dumped and we had new towels daily, and the customer service was amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the pool, but it looked nice too!

The room could have been cleaner. It seem these are used mostly by trades people and partiers. Focus aren't cleaned, beer caps under the beds.

Torrance stay Ramada by Westin

Property not up to par with other VRBO’s we have stayed. Super old motel/hotel, maintenance deplorable, pets allowed and male dogs had peed on corner of building right to left of our door/entry to our room. Told management 3xs but not cleaned up over our whole stay5 nights/6days! WIFI wouldn’t work, kept getting “application” not working, and although it said breakfast was included they charged us $10 each for 4 days. We feel we should be reimbursed at least $80 for misrepresentation! As you can see we are not happy and feel you should remove this property from VRBO designation.

Average location - office staff underwhelming but other staff made things better

Room had a leaky toilet and sink, which were fixed quickly. Also, room was not terribly clean. Definitely an older property, which could use some upgrades, however, it was comfortable and generally met our needs. Pool/hot tub were nice. Had a problem at check-in with accuracy of online listing. Property manager was inflexible in solving the issue but fortunately, that was the only interaction we needed with her. Other staff was helpful and supportive. There is no free breakfast at the hotel, which the listing called out).

Don't I'll stay here again.

The listing mentioned the continental breakfast may not be offered. It was, but came at ah extra cost nobody told me about. On top of that, I had roaches in our room. To top it off, I had to compete with the cleaning staff to use the on-site laundry machines. If I wasn't on top of moving our laundry quickly enough, I'd have to wait a while until a dryer was available again and make sure I had enough change to pay for use.
