The property is great. Some mattresses should be renewed, but the condo is property equipped, comfortable, right aside to the slopes (Navajo - magic carpet area). We only had some difficulties to identify the condo when we arrived. But other than that, we had a great week in BH.
Less than 2 minute drive to lifts and tubing hill. Great property, a lot of space. Kids loved upstairs, the bunk room, the board games, and the “hidey hole”. Kitchen is well-stocked, 3 bathrooms was a bonus and the hot water lasted a surprisingly long time for how many showers we needed after hitting the slopes. The area is absolutely beautiful, and we got so much snow when we were there but only one day we didn’t feel comfortable driving because visibility was limited (and we’re from the south!). Will definitely stay again if we return to the area!
Clean, modern, comfortable, with obvious thought put into the amenities. Very convenient location. It was great for our family ski vacation and we would definitely stay here again.
We will be coming back. Perfect location to the slopes, beautiful inside with great accommodations. We love that there were 3 bathrooms and lots of space for everyone to sleep. Everything is new, nice and clean.
Our group of 8 had plenty of space to sleep and enjoyed the location to the ski slopes. We were able to ski in/out throughout the day and easily access the lodge. Rooms were clean, wood burning fireplace is a nice touch and we had plenty of space to spread out. Saving this one for a future visit.
This condo is extremely conveniently located to the slopes at Brian Head. It had all the comforts of home and was a fantastic place to spend time with family and friends. We enjoyed taking turns cooking meals which allowed us to relax by the fire, watch TV, or have game night with one of the many games available. The decor was tasteful and comfortable. We are already talking about coming back again next year!
This property was beautifully remodeled. We loved its ski in/out proximity to Navajo for our kids to learn to ski. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be back.
Location of home was very convenient to ski lift and tube sledding.. The home was perfect for our family, plenty of games for the kids to do upstairs, while the adults enjoyed the downstairs. This home had everything we needed ! And the owner was a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to doing this again.

Great place to stay, truly ski on/ski off if the snow isn’t too deep. Puts you right onto the hill next to the magic carpet. Bring your own wood. Beds and linens are great. Kitchen has everything thing you need to cook even saw an instant pot and a slow cooker. We got caught in a blizzard and the road in front of the condo was plowed multiple times a day mid week. Very helpful for us non locals with basic chains on our tires

Well equipped. Only complaint is the conditions of the mattresses…especially the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. My son and daughter and respected spouses ended sleeping sideways to prevent backaches. The master bath is also a hazard waiting to happen…large and sloped/slippery jacuzzi tub with no safety bars.
Also the Wi-Fi was very poor.
Otherwise it was a convenient location and we had great stay.
Thank you,

We found everything we need and more. Went to Walmart in Cedar City before checking in (40min drive) Super location! You could walk to Navajo Lift thru parking lot: 2 min walk. And 3 min drive to Navajo Lifts. Spacious and comfortable. Some minor cleaning problems when we got there. The manager was so hard to reach. Always answered but several hours later. We are glad we didnt have any urgent requests.
Overall its an amazing place. We will definitely come back.
Our family loved being together at the Pine Tree A2 Condo. It felt just like home! Being close to the slopes was a perk. There were several things that could improve. Since it snowed so much, we needed a shovel to clear the way to the condo. We borrowed the neighbor’s. The condo would have been perfect if the beds and sheets were more comfy. Also because of the large amounts of snow, it was hard to walk through to the ski resort. The ski staff at Brianhead said they were short staffed, and they were having a hard time getting everything groomed for the skiers. Overall, i would recommend this condo and am already planning my next trip!😊
This condo is very well done and very well appointed! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfy! And the location made it easy to ski either Navajo or Giant Steps. The only issues we ran into involved the property managers. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and I texted to see if we could check in at 3:15. We had been on the road for 7+ hours and were ready to get settled. The property manager said we had to stick to a 4:00 check in, so we parked at the property and waited. The condo was clearly ready as we never saw anyone come in or out between 3:15 and 4:00. A little flexibility would have been nice. Also, we woke up on the first morning and discovered that the coffee maker didn't work. ( Maybe not a big deal to some families, but we had 5 hard core coffee drinkers in our group.) I texted and emailed the property manager, who said they'd get back to me, but they never did. It wasn't the end of the world, as we went and bought another coffee maker, but the lack of response was a little disappointing. Otherwise, the condo is great!
I have booked this property over 6 times. I preferred when it wasn’t managed by a management company but rather the owners. The upgrades (new floors, kitchen, bath) aren’t worth the poor amenities offered. No Wi-Fi but only a hotspot and the management company was condescending towards my mother saying “that is how internet service is in the mountains.” Little did they know we rented an adjacent property at the same time with excellent service and excellent Wi-Fi that never was an issue once! Needless to say I think it might be time for me to search for new rentals as we go frequently to Brian head. They did offer late check out to make amends.
