It is located less than a block from the beach and just blocks away from all the shops and restaurants at Coligny and the new Celebration Park!

Our beautiful condo has been completely remodeled (new flooring, new kitchen and new bath with tiled walk in shower, new appliances, new full size washer and dryer, new paint and all new decor!!) and situated just across the street from the beach on the Adler Lane Beach Access. The Alder Beach lane access provides a short and easy walk to the beach and has outside showers and public restrooms. For further reference It is located across the street from the Marriott Grande Ocean Club for those familiar with the South Forest Beach area. Many consider this one of the best locations on the island and a hidden gem - steps from the Tiki hut on the beach and a short walk to to the shops and restaurants located at Coligny in one direction and less than a mile form the Sea Pines Entrance in the other direction. This community also sits right on the awesome bike trails of HHI - so basically you can park your car for the week and walk and bike most everywhere!

Our condo has been completely remodeled from top to bottom and features an amazing new kitchen with new cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The new remodeled bathroom has a gorgeous walk-in tiled shower. We also added a brand new full size washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has King bed and new mattress and second bedroom has a queen bed with new tempur pedic mattress - both with high end bed linens. Smart Tv's in all rooms with Spectrum cable, Roku sticks and high speed internet included. In addition we provide beach towels, beach wagons, beach chairs, beach toys and umbrellas for your stay! It has one assigned Parking space right at front door and contactless entry.
