The owners were very accommodating! Loved the house! Wish I brought my granddaughter, i noticed they were set up with baby items! Loved that the bedrooms were up strairs so the late night tv watchers could be down stairs away from sleepers! Also loved that they had a washer and drier and the great balcony off the master suite to sit and have a glass of wine before bed!
There’s so many things to say about the property and the host. The house is amazing, the neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are really respectful and nice. I highly recommend this property is you are planning a trip to Albuquerque. I wish I could give this property more starts.
This is a lovely place with a lovely host. Jeremy was able to accommodate our unusually late check in time and had the place in tip top shape. Although the area is in transition I did not feel unsafe during our stay. It's close to everything you would want to do in Downtown ABQ and very close to the BioPark. Win-win!

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
We are frequent visitors to this city and have tried hotels as well as home rentals and this is one of the nicest places we have stayed in Albuquerque. Small concerns about the neighborhood were eliminated as soon as we stayed there as we felt completely secure with friendly neighbors. We stayed 9 days and the location was great. The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the bathrooms and laundry were great. The owner is very helpful and welcoming. We have already booked for next year. Highly recommend.
Great communication. Property as described with modern amenities, clean and new construction. Fully stocked kitchen that we didn't take advantage of since we enjoyed local fare. Close to airport and interstate for sightseeing locations.
We were down in the area for an event at the convention center and this spot was perfect. It was in a quiet area and the house was clean. Jeremy, the owner, is super friendly and will give recommendations on great spots to eat. Great spot!
I loved staying in Jeremy's home. The neighborhood was sweet, with lots of friendly neighbors and I liked that I didn't feel like I was in a big city. It's clearly in the process of gentrifying so there are precautions to take, but mostly we felt safe and at home there. The house is really big with tall ceilings and lots of light comes through the big windows. You're in walking distance from the Rio Grande and the Bosque park / trails, which was my favorite aspect of the location. I took walks in the forest almost everyday I think! Jeremy was really friendly and easy to communicate with, and responsive to any needs that arose during our stay. I'd highly recommend staying in this lovely home if you're coming to Albuquerque especially with your family.
