Beautiful and spacious air-conditioned flat, located 2km from the sea in Casares Costa (Costa del sol). It has wide open views over the green valley overlooking a golf course.
It has 2 bedrooms and offers accommodation for 4 people.

French windows lead to the covered terrace and garden with a beautiful view of the valley. Here you can eat al fresco and enjoy a relaxing area. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as access to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds, a TV and a separate family bathroom.
This flat is located in a complex with Andalusian charm, very airy (well-kept flower gardens) and very quiet. Several beautiful swimming pools and paddling pools in the residence. Covered parking space in the basement.
The flat is located 3 minutes by car (30 minutes walking) from beautiful beaches and all amenities (shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and beach restaurants).
