Location is a winner.
This review is actually for the apartment right next door in the very same building, to the one pictured here. This was due to a tenant mix up the day before. They entered wrong one at self check in & settled in. We were arriving very early next morning so got the vacant apartment next door. Very similar, just not painted in the blue/green as shown here, which I admit was a reason we selected it, as it looked so fresh and new. In any case, I feel it is fair to comment on the things common to both. Firstly, the location is superb. It really is the best part of Paris to stay in, in my opinion. Saint Germain church is closeby and lovely to hear the bells ring. Access to metro is one minute walk. Area is safe, Monoprix around the corner. The apartment was clean. Pierre responds quickly throughout the process. I had trouble with the tv and he came around and showed how to work it. Also I can comment that the bedding supplied was clean and washed. The main bed was made up very well and the sofa bed we used also had clean linen in the cupboard to select from and use. Having stayed in other Paris apartments, I would rate this as one I would return to. Just be aware it is up a lot of stairs, re luggage and mobility.
