Small residence "Carlo", surrounded by trees and meadows. 2.5 km from the centre of Villasimius, in a sunny position residential area (villas), 400 m from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: garden 200 m2. Private: outdoor shower. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop "via Roma La Lanterna" 2 km, railway station "Cagliari" 60 km, ferry "Cagliari" 60 km, sandy beach 400 m. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Cagliari 50 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. The complex consists of 5 independent cottages, close to each other, all with roof terrace accessible via outdoor stairs.
