Welcome to Seaside Serenity! Located in Jamaica Beach, this bayside, coastal chic home is perfect for families looking for an island getaway. Featuring board games, beach toys, a highchair, and a pack n play, this home offers fun for the kids, as well as a downstairs bar for the adults of the group to enjoy!

The open concept kitchen, dining, and living area allows you to cook and entertain while keeping your group all together. Or you can move down to the ground level to take advantage of the outdoor, shaded seating! With the provided beach toys and board games, the whole family is sure to have a great time.

Dogs are welcome with a limit of two (2) dogs with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs and require an additional $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Under no circumstances are puppies under one (1) year of age allowed on the premises.

The ground level has an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water and an indoor half bath. There is also a bar and a sitting area that is ideal for when you’re cooking up dinner on the grill. The ground level also features a hammock for ultimate relaxation!

Upon entering the main level, there is a charming half bath and a sitting area. There is also a red, white, and blue themed bedroom with two twin beds for the kids to enjoy. From there you will find the open concept, beach themed kitchen, dining, and living area. The living area has plenty of board games for family game night, and a TV for relaxing after a long beach day. Washer/Dryer access can be found in the dining/kitchen area. Down the hall is another bedroom with a queen size bed and a TV with cable connections and a large closet. Across from that room you will find the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and also has a TV with cable connections and a large closet. There is a shared hallway bathroom with combo tub/shower for your use.

Subdivision Amenities: The City of Jamaica Beach offers a seasonal public pool, playground and picnic pavilion area. There is also a boat launch and convenience stores nearby.

Location: 3 minute drive to the beach; 11 mile drive to 61st Street; 15 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 11 mile drive to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but Gary Greene Vacation Rentals is unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.
