Excellent location, well equipped base.
This property is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. It's close enough to the town to walk to via sign posted paths. Alternatively it's a couple of minutes walk to the bus stop. The house itself, although a little dated in its decoration and some equipment actually has everything you need and has plenty of space for a family. The view from the terrace / back windows is incredible. Furnishings are comfy and it's easy to relax here after a day exploring. We loved it!

In need of modernisation
The photos of the rental are nicer than the reality. No garden, only small area on slope covered in weeds. Bedrooms are dated, with poor lighting, dark, and one plug socket. Kitchen is very small, an old oven, only two hobs work. The sitting area and kitchen have an extension lead in each which are overloaded by TV and kitchen appliances & could be a hazard. No sockets to use/charge phones. Bathroom very dated. Decor 1960-1970. Nice quiet area. Bus journey to Interlaken. Would not recommend.

Das Haus war ganz gut. Allerdings sind die betten nichts für Menschen ab 1.90m aber es lässt sich arrangieren. Es gab alles was man brauch. Sauberkeit war gut. Ist weiter zu empfehlen

‘Out dated’ en achterstallig onderhoud, niet schoon, wel goede bedden
Locatie is prima in een rustige wijk net buiten Interlaken-Ost met mooi uitzicht. Het is geen probleem als meubels en inrichting wat gedateerd zijn maar het moet niet kapot zijn en goed schoon. Dat was helaas niet het geval: verlichting die niet werkte, veel verlengsnoeren nodig, muffe lucht, planken in kasten ontbraken, huur linnen stonk, was kapot en niet schoon. Servies en bestek was ook niet schoon en wederom veel verlengsnoeren in keuken bij water (gevaarlijk). Jammer want past niet bij de gevraagde huurprijs.

Bel appartement dans un chalet . Fonctionnel et propre et bien équipé. Très bien situé pour aller sur interlaken et Brienz. Décoration vieillotte et salle de bain peu pratique pour se doucher pour les personnes de grande taille. Bonne literie et très bons équipements.

Sehr einfaches ein-&auschecken. Hat alles was man braucht (Handtücher/wc papier/Kpche komplett). Super nett eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer. Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Gerne zu empfehlen. Ausflüge nach Grindelwald in 30min erreichbar und Interlaken Dorf per Bus oder auto in 5 min.

Sinds 2012 ben ik hier jaarlijks op vakantie en maak ik gebruik van deze locatie. De woning bevalt mij prima en is een goede uitvalsbasis voor de Jungfrau-regio. Lekker gesitueerd in een stil dorpje nabij het stadje Interlaken. De service is prima.

Positiv: schöner Sitzplatz mit Aussicht; Einkaufslädeli im Ort; Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen, Seefahrten, guter Anschluss an Bahnhof Interlaken Ost. Negativ: Die Fenster klemmten; in der Küche fehlten Pfannendeckel zum kochen; Küchenmesser waren nicht scharf; Backofen:Dichtung erneuern; Fernsehen: kein Schweizer-Programm Preis: zu hoch

Wie schön könnte dieses Haus, mit ein wenig Investment in vernünftige Schlafzimmer-Möbel, Lampen und Dekoration sein... zudem der alte Teppichboden im 1.Stock aus dem letzten Jahrhundert! Nicht meckern kann man allerdings über Sauberkeit, die ruhige Lage zwischen Interlaken und den Badestellen am Brienzer See und die Terrasse mit Markise am Haus. Wann begreifen Schweizer eigentlich, dass Urlauber nicht in Wohnungen im Stil der 70er Jahre ihre Ferien verbringen wollen ???

Grosse Wohnung. Leider nicht für 5 Personen ausgelegt. Im Schlafbereich (Betten) ist ausreichend Platz für 5 Person. Leider ist der Esstisch für 5 Personen zu klein. Auf der Veranda hat es auch nur 4 Stühle. Preise / Leistung bin ich enttäuscht. Eine Teilrenovation soll im 2109 erfolgt sein? Küchengeräte (Bachofen und Herd) jedenfalls nicht. Die Dusche konnte ich als grosse Person nicht stehend benutzen.

Great location but a bit dated
Located within easy walking distance of Interlaken Ost, via a lovely path along the river. House was clean and in good repair - everything worked. Interior looks a bit dated: would guess furniture and appliances are from late 70s. Stove was bit underpowered but worked. Tall people should be aware beds are only 190cm long. Lovely quiet location in non-touristy area. Gorgeous view from Patio - spent many hours there reading and eating. Really friendly service from the agent
