We offer for rent between Monplaisir district and Montchat district this charming studio with wifi, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it consists of a pretty living room of 27sqm, equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4-star hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared for your arrival.
The accommodation consists of the following:
- A living room of 27 m² with sleeping area (2 single beds that can be joined together to make a ruble bed, a lounge area with sofa and TV
- An equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
- A bathroom with shower and WC
- A storage cupboard
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A terrace to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Lyon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from proximity to all the essential shops but also from shops, restaurants, bars, market... located less than 4 minutes walk from the apartment.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the apartment.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Part Dieu
- Nearest airport: St Exupéry
- The nearest metro (Monplaisir-Lumière is 250m away)
- At the foot of the building: the C16 bus stop "Harmonie"
